I've worked for this company for 2 years now and I cannot recall any dissatisfied customers, (if any) that fit your description or your situation thus I conclude that you have this company mixed up with another. Horrible service. From interaction with the admin woman to the quality of the job. Wouldn't even consider rectifying the work, just ignored me. Had to get another business to fix their defective work so I ended up paying for two lots of work. Would give negative stars if I could.
