I purchased a television from NAPF Electronics and it was delivered to Brisbane the next day. After the stuff around I had trying to buy the same TV from two other retailers this was refreshingly quick and easy. Free postage too! Thanks so much. I will be buying from here again.

Napf Electronics sold me a faulty dishwasher before xmas.
It worked for 5 days.
They sent a repair person to have a look at it and i was told it was
faulty.
Napf will not replace or refund so i have complained to Fair trading.
Napf wants to send out another repair person from the brand of dishwasher.
I have been another 11 days with this faulty dishwasher.
I am waiting for the other repair person to see it and tell me it is faulty
before they then order another one which could take weeks to replace.
I just want a refund or a quick replacement not to much to ask.

This store operates an ebay under the name "homeonlinesuperstore" its hard to find that out unless you want to "pick-up" from the store. They have good prices and the staff I dealed with when I picked up were friendly.

Bought my Sony Amplifier on-line but collected from the shop.
Very helpful and friendly service. I ended up buying few other thing and I am now planning to buy a sub-woofer. Compared the price and found good value for money.
Highly recommended. Thanks for your great service

Great. Rang- ordered- delivered on day I was advised. No fuss. Previous online purchase with different company was a waste of time as had to cancel as they didn't have the stock, and hads to wait for refund. No problem with this Company.

Ordered and paid for a fridge in February. Have just received it - in June. They had my $1400 for 4 months. I repeatedly asked for delivery dates and was advised it was a slow item and that they had to wait for Fisher & Paykel to produce more. I will say they did respond to phone calls and emails. In May they offered me a small fridge to get me by. I also had a few problems with the delivery.
My main gripe is that they can take my money and then not deliver till 3.5 months later.

This is probably the worst experience I have ever had dealing with an online company or any company for that matter. The tale is too long to relate here, suffice to say it took 7 weeks to deliver my order. NEVER deal with this company they are the pits!

DONT USE. First time ever I have not had an online purchase not arrive. Emailed them -no response. Emailed again- no response. Phoned them -very unhelpful. They advise the item had been sent by registered mail and would check. Subsequently got an email advising that the item could no longer be supplied. Questioned them about why they lied but no response. At least I did receive a refund. Never again.

It is strongly suggested NAPF have a big issue with customer service, after sales support and are unable to meet their obligations under the Australian Consumer Law, Consumer Guarantee, based on a mates experience.
Shop somewhere else where you get better deals and better service.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE, NEVER SEEN A STORE STUPID LIKE THIS.

TERRIBLE service, The communication is nothing.
Sent to wrong place, I have to make phone call by myself to find why.
They resend it to me, then it's DOA product.
I returned it to the store by myself, the staff received it with very bad attitude.
I highly doubt how long they can survivor.

I have just received my 60" Samsung smart TV today that I ordered online last week. Am really happy with my new TV, such a crisp image plus it was $180 cheaper than Dick Smith. Thanks NAPF will defiantly be back!

Ordered some Sharp air purfier filters for the office. There was no acknowledgement by e-mail. However, goods were delivered within 5 working days i.e. Hassle free transaction.

One of the JBL speakers I ordered arrived damaged and Peter replaced it with a brand new set, plus covered shipping in both directions. Great service and highly recommended. Thanks NAPF
