I have purchased a star kidz bassinet in June last year as my baby was born in September and she is now 4 months old, however we found there is a hole in the net area, it was clearly not damaged by usage and we barely used it.we have been told by their customer service that the product has 3 months part warranty and now has expired, also suggested to continue to use the bassinet under supervision knowing the net has a hole with quality issue. It is a very disappointing customer service and bad quality of product.

The warranty claims manager has since responded that we have to pay money to buy a new net, we have no option other than accept this offer to ensure our baby’s safety. Very poor quality and now very poor service!

Very well described item, prompt communication and fast delivery. I purchased the Playpen with extended lengths. Very happy with the simplicity and good build quality. Fits perfectly in my snug home. Would highly recommend.

Really impressed with the range and unique brands on Nannie Annie. I bought the Vivo three travel cot which is light weight, has a nice travel bag and also includes the basinet which is great for transitioning from new born to toddler. Very impressed with the customer service at Nannie Annie, my travel cot had a delayed delivery and they were very quick to offer me a refund or alternate product. Very quick email responses too!

Playpen are not safe and meet Australian standards. I wish I knew it before and return process is a nightmare.

Baby Playpen with Door - Rectangle Interactive Play Room 1.6 x 1m - Pink Bought for my Granddaughter. Fast delivery the quality is unbelievable so easy to put together and pack away it is the best money I have ever spent my Granddaughter loves it the pictures do not do it justice it is absolutely brilliant.

The Star Kidz Amico portacot arrived quickly (less than 48 hours after ordering it from Nanny Annie) which was a massively lovely surprise. Ever since we’ve received it, it’s been fantastic. The weight is only 5.2kg so it’s super light. It’s got a free mattress sheet that comes with it. The mattress is comfy for baby which is another added bonus. The fact it can also be compactly packed away is another benefit.

It’s supposed to closely resemble the Baby Bjorn travelcot but for a fraction of the price.

We’ll be using this cot when on holidays overseas soon and test it out whilst travelling but so far, so good!

Can’t recommend this cot enough. Get it if you want a comfy, light and sturdy bed for your little one.

Brought the Star kidz vivo portacot, Such a Great product, Easy to put up and down! No trouble at all getting it back in the bag! Super lite great for Travel! Would 100% recommend, absolutely love it!

I’ve actually never received worse customer service then I have with this company. My item never arrived, I had to reach out to them to ask for assistance, ask them to chase it up with the courier (which I ended up doing myself anyway) asked them for a refund and for proof which they never sent. Abbie G, you should get a new job because you clearly hate the one you have
How embarrassing for this company

Ordered a 1.6m square play pen and mat from
Nanny Annie shortly after Christmas. The product arrived within a matter of 2 days which was very impressive. There were some panels which were missing. We contacted customer care and the matter was resolved. We received the remainder of the product soon after the New Year holidays. They get 100% for customer service.

The play pen is fantastic. It is sturdy and has ample space for our very active 9 month old girl and her 3 brothers (11,9 & 6) as well. The activity panel keeps our little one entertained for ages.
We got the product with the Boxing Day sale and the buy now pay later options were useful. The money is worth the peace of mind. Highly recommend this product to parents looking to purchase a safe and sturdy play pen for their infant.

Great service, a very reliable company and i received my product in less than a week from ordering. I was very impressed with the product and it definitely matched the description advertised on their site. I'm a new mum, wanting the most efficient, high quality products with reasonable prices and Nanny Annie definitely ticks all those boxes. I highly recommend!

I bought a wooden highchair and arrived with open join on its legs. Only reason why I am not giving 5 stars. Anyway, is a cheep wood which allowed to keep the price affordable. Is.a fabulous highchair that will grow with my son and he loves it too.

I contacted them about a hole in my portacot carry bag and they replied asking for photos, which was fine and I sent, but no response back. Numerous follow up emails sent with the last one even saying “Does anyone even check these emails!? ” - no response.
They even send you an automated confirmation email stating they received your email.
Obviously just for show.
I noticed a few of the review responses from the owner, or whoever, stating that they’ll improve their customer service. It’s really sad that they still haven’t been able to find/afford staff to train in that very advanced field of responding to emails.
I guess the business isn’t doing so well.
After reading a few of these reviews I can now see why.

Also, they send you an email after your purchase asking for a review and in return they send you a gift (or some kind of incentive, can’t remember) so heads up that most of the good reviews are forced. I also read below from someone else that they delete their negative reviews on their website.

They give “support local” a bad name.

Of course you’ll deny receiving the emails I sent however lying about sending ME a follow up? I’m not even annoyed, that’s impressive!

We ordered the super giant interactive playpen (2.3m x 2.3m) from Nanny Annie for our son, and it arrived a week later (3 parcels delivered across 2 days).
We love how easy it is to assemble and disassemble, making it convenient to pack and take to his grandparent's place. We also love the adjustable length/width dimensions to cater to any space.
The interactive panel is great (would love to see the dial phone updated to a smart phone in future design models). Our son loves playing peek-a-boo through the holes on the panels and has learnt to pull himself to standing position.
Overall, great value for money!

Very good company. Australia post took my parcel to the wrong address, and then the person stole my order. They happily replaced my item straight away and sent it asap. Arrived JUST in time for Xmas. Appreciate it so much! Thank you guys

I made the right choice! I ordered the playpen on the 20th of dec and wasnt expecting it to arrive until after new year but it came on the 24th of dec. Shipping is so fast and they answer your queries straight away. Love the product. Easy to clean and love that it comes with toys and activities. Would highly recommend to all parents.

Really happy with my purchase of the Star Kidz Astro Rocker. Good quality and so easy to assemble. I love how lightweight it is. I would certainly purchase off Nanny Annie again.
