It took over 3 weeks to finally receive our name plates, a lot longer than I expected. Was not given many updates and had to keep chasing up. Was then told there were no silver plates in stock and was offered a black one. I could not accept black, and had to wait extra time for the silver. The print on the name plate is not aligned properly (there is more space below the name print than above). Very disappointed with the product and service.

I did not have a good experience purchasing from this company. Initially i made a draft of a desk name plate, and received a phone call within minutes asking about that draft. Found that to be a bit too hasty and pressuring, but I supposed they were just trying to be courteous. After deciding to go with Name Badges International, it took a further day and numerous calls to confirm the design of the name plate, which was literally just a screenshot copy of what I had designed, bit redundant if you ask me, but further precautions I guess. I asked the sales representative before the sale was made (on the 10th of December) about logistics and delivery whether or not the order will be delivered on or before the 20th of December. They confirmed that it will definitely be delivered with standard delivery (2-4 business days), so i did not opt for the express delivery (1-2 business days). Order was placed on the 11th of December, after almost a week of waiting, I contact the sales representative on the 17th of December, and ask where my order is, can i have a tracking ID. The representative can't find a tracking ID, and states that they will contact me later with it. I receive a phone call later and they state "your order has the wrong postcode in it so it failed". I am starting to get a little annoyed at this point, i'm usually meticulous with putting in my address especially when I have a deadline for delivery, but benefit of the doubt I ask them to place the order as soon as possible please, and the representative guarantee's delivery before 21st of December. 18th of December, i finally receive a "your order is dispatched email" and see that my order has a delivery lead time of 2-4 business days. I write a email stating that i'm disappointed to the representative, and can i please have a ETA. To which i receive a phone call, full of excuses, the most outrageous one being that; the standard process of ordering managed to flag the order on having the wrong postcode, and once it was flagged i received a phone call (not true - or at least calling me later in the afternoon after i called first does not count as notifying me of a rejected order). After 6 days i contacted the company, not the other way round, i wonder how long it would have taken for them to actually contact me. The point that lead me to write this was the representatives inability to apologise for a clear administration mistake, and also rectify the situation in order to meet their customer's needs. Which were clearly stated prior to sale that delivery needs to occur on or before 20th of December.

It is now the 18th of December at 5pm, and my last conversation with the representative was heated, and not at all productive, my continuous request throughout the last two days, is for an ETA on my order, which still has not been provided. I hope it is delivered before the 20th of December, I would have preferred to raise this with a manager internally, but I had no contact details for a internal manager, so review is my next best option for visibility.

UPDATE: Just before posting this, i decided to see if i can log in to my account on their website. I have just located my first order, which states it was placed on the 11th of December.and it has the CORRECT POST CODE. Nothing wrong with it, a new order has been placed under my account (on 18th of December), invoiced for $0, and my design of the nameplate is blank. This is going to be interesting.

Great badge collection, on coming month I will be @ Australia. Will buy some custom badges for some of my friends for a weekend party.

Can't wait till that day.
