I Do NOT Recommend this Builder.
Worst experience in my House construction.
Construction delayed for over 4 months, Zulfekhar Ahmed never communicated. Will never respond back, only contact you when he need’s invoice paid, house construction team he got, is worst, worst bricklaying. Windows got gaps between wall and windows borders which he promised will fix but he’s not responding now. Bathroom vanities worst installed not functioning properly. Doors installed in worst manner not closing/locking properly. His team drop drinks on my white tiles and stains left for rest of life there. Incomplete plumbing and electrical work. Still waiting for them to complete job.worst front yard and back yard turf he supplied (dead grass, never got back in green)
Never got proper handover, m living in my property for over 3 months now and I still haven’t got house construction file and keys. (using digital entry lock)
Still many things incomplete and its been over almost 2 months m trying to reach him through text, call and emails. Never got response.
He was supposed to give me house warranty documents, keys, invoices for shared fences with my neighbours and cashback amount from developer for external house colour selection with developer choice.
Did not get any thing, no documents no invoices no construction file no house keys so far.
I Simply DO NOT Recommend Nahiyan Homes. They’re Worst and extremely un reliable non professional people

They built my house in Bradbury in very reasonable price. They are honest builder. I would highly recommend this builder. Supervisor Champak was extremely helpful during the home construction. Thanks Nahiyan Homes. Good on you!
