We had the most wonderful experience with Nadine. From the start, she attentively listened to our (many) requirements and went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was met. The end result was not only a visually stunning cake that perfectly matched our vision, but it also tasted absolutely divine! Our guests could not stop raving about the incredible flavor, and many even went back for seconds. We are so grateful to Nadine for adding a delicious and beautiful touch to our special day. We had our friend’s gender reveal party on our trip in Whoota. Any celebration would definitely need a cake, as the place was new to us- Nadine the cake queen came for rescue. Only through review and insta post we went ahead and ordered.

We were amazed by the professional that she exhibited throughout our experience. She designed a cake to match all our requirements, I will certainly say that she went above and beyond the level of expectation I had.

Cake was delicious and we couldn’t stop eating it, and the way she designed was extraordinary for the budget we had.

I had an opportunity to meet her in a beautiful small cafe and I did try her cupcake too, which was extremely amazing!

I would travel 3 hours from Sydney to have that cake again ️

Nadine is a true Cake Queen! We've been fortunate to enjoy her creations for many years! This year she created an unforgettable desert table and a 3 tier wedding cake for us! It was unforgettable! Her carrot cake, chocolate and caramel fudge are out of this world! Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience of good old fashion service. At short notice Nadine went out of her way to accomodate my order whilst we were on holidays in Seal Rocks. Communication was second to none and the vanilla preserve jam was amazing.

We live out of the area and recently spent a few days with family at Boat Beach. Nadines Orange Gingerbread cake with cream cheese icing came highly recommended for our family celebration and it certainly lived up to it. Nadine's service was fantastic! She did a wonderful job with my wedding croquembouche. The profiteroles were so fresh and the glitter was a nice touch.

Nadine was beyond amazing from day one. With 6 weeks to spare, we needed a wedding cake and she created the perfect masterpiece. We asked for a lime, raspberry and coconut cake and Nadine created the best cake we have ever tasted. She even delivered a sample to Forster for us to try before we went ahead with the cake. Nadine arrived on time, and worked with my sister in law to set up the cake before the guests arrived to the reception. I could not recommend Nadine's cakes enough for any special occasion. Nadine created an exceptional cake for my fiancé’s 50th birthday. She was undaunted by the challenge of combining an array of different flavours and ingredients we desired in a simple but stylishly adorned opera cake. To add to the complexity, our brief required the cake to be gluten and sugar free. The recipe Nadine crafted was exactly what we had envisaged and the overall flavours worked beautifully together. The cake was enjoyed by all our guests and we were lucky enough to have leftovers to savour later!
