Nadia’s Brows and Beyond

It takes me an hour to travel here and i do so everytime solely for Nadia’s brows. I have been coming here for quite a while now and not once have they disappointed. They always ask you beforehand what you’d like and talk you through the process and deliver excellent results. As someone who has always been very unhappy with her eyebrows, the team here has made me leave with a smile on my face, making the 1 hour journey back so worth it.

This is my 3rd time going to this salon and every time I have been the customer service I have received from not one but all, especially the owner is honestly outstanding. When they start on you they will take their time and deliver their service with heart. You can really feel the love they have for the work they do. The great advice on how to maintain my hair is great and I will definitely be using it in my hair routine.

Overall I really like this place and I will continually go there whenever I need my eyebrows done and hair

I visited them this morning to get my brows done, and was asked to wait for 10 mins. But they started taking people who came after me. And didnt even bother to inform me that the wait time might be longer. I waited for 40 mins and by that time the staff was also out of sight. I left after wasting 45 mins and not getting my brows done as well. Worst customer service ever i have come across.

They take photos before and after and make sure that they ask and understand what you want before starting. They are also very kind and lovely ladies! I highly recommend this place!
