I have had it with this platform. I have previously had significant issues with nabtrade, with my investment disappearing, but this is unprecedented.

I logged to the app this morning to see my nabtrade account only to find my balance on $0 and showing $100% loss when share prices for the list of my stocks went up and not down.
How can tens of thousands of dollars just disappear. I tried to call nabtrade, but the recorded message says they only have support Monday to Friday 9-5.
I went to their Facebook and sent a message to find the same response, but atuo message said if my query is urgent, I should call the 13 number. This is the same number I called earlier on they are only available 9-5 Monday to Friday.
I have had issues with nabtrade upon signing up, and that should have been a red flag. It is my own fault, Why didn't I consolidate with commsec?

I am contacting APRA tomorrow. Previously, one company stocks disappear from my nabtrade portfolio, and when I called them, they had no explanation, and i reached out to ASIC, and the case is with ASIC.

Website crashed today for 3 hours, a suspicious malware infection the nabtrade platforms with mass interruption. No order can be sold or bought.
However Nabtrade tech team responded to my email Swiftly and assistance was provided

Why the sudden system failure?

Nabtrade has a very easy to use and clear front end. I use it for all my trading and my portfolio reporting is so easy to glean from the system. I recommend Nabtrade wholeheartedly to all investors.

Not much to see here; at one point they at least had competitive pricing going for them but even that's no longer the case. There are far better brokers around. Ones that have functional call centres too!

After 2 years of trades I am slowly getting out - the website is comprehensive albeit quirky, the customer support is polite but not very helpful, the fees really get me - the calculation of % gain are wrong and have caused me to incorrectly trade many times causing me massive losses.

Mailed, emailed and phoned to have a middle name added to a holding. 3 weeks tomorrow and still no result. Garbage system and broken promises SHAME ON YOU NABTRADE this is pathetic service.

Maybe you will be able to sell the shares, maybe not. Entire nab trade platform is doing and has been doing very weird things - you click one ticker to trade and something else pops up try again and some another company pops up.
-That is obviously if you are able to log in your self. Parts of the code are visible on the trading side like some bracket at the left bottom edge of the screen, or literally exposed parts of the code visible on the site. I really feel unsettled having my money there.
I'm thinking how is all this possible? How comes it doesn't happen to comsec or even smaller trading platforms. Who is NAB hiring to maintain all IT issues, marine biologists or local butchers?

Two days in a row I've been on hold trying to get through for more than 40mins. How is this acceptable?

NABTRADE totally died today. I couldn't place order and sell my shares.
No phone or email respond.
I'm not surprise how bad they are, but I really surprise that no news i can find on internet.
