Not reliable, they don't know what they are saying. (Had 1 star)

Edited: - I am quite satisfied by the service. Needed some improvement on transaction update and bank reconciliation.

The worst NAB in Australia, came to the self service machine try to deposit some money on 3rd March, none of them working, only two tellers working their best to help customers, furthermore, there were six people queuing up waiting for deposit money, each of them waiting more than 10mins. Get all your machines work properly in the first place pls. See you later NAB, I will bank all my money to ANZ.

Slow and unhelpful. Went for ID process for a credit card and took 30 minutes plus for the process. Teller told me to wait for 5 minutes then proceeds to walk to an office wait becomes a 30 minute one. Everything just seems slow here and staff just seem disinterested. Even a customer depositing a cheque took ages!

Pathetic customer service - rude condescending and unprofessional behaviour by their teller staff - the young man needs to learn some manners and how to speak with people, utterly disgusting

NAB trumpets its environmental credentials on its website, yet the bank is among the biggest finacers of Whitehaven Coal, an undiversified coal mining company with plans to double its new coal extraction in the next decade. NAB supports this coal expansion with massive rollover loans every year. Whenever I have visited the bank to complete a feedback form about this fossil fuel activity, the manager calls the police. If calling the police is a suitable response to one older lady filling out a form provided by the bank for feedback, then they are obviously trying to hide their bank's activities. This bank uses greenwashing to deceive their customers.

OMG! The worst experience of my life! More than 20 minutes waiting and nobody helps you at the entrance. A disaster. Only 2 cashiers doing their best but it isn’t enough! Unbelievable!

I attended your branch at 333 George Street Sydney on 31 October 2022, this is the second time I have attended this branch. This time I was served by Isha she was very prompt, professional and courteous. This is a very good representation and customer service at your bank.

Possibly the slowest service known to man. Slugs move faster than the staff at this branch. Why do you make it so hard for people to try to give you money? This is why I’ll never again have an account with NAB.

Painfully slow service almost every time (I am here a few times a week for work). Staff are you waiting and walk by without acknowledging you. I’m currently 20 minutes deep in a two person queue whilst staff come and go and don’t serve anyone. I have also found some staff members impolite - Priyanka especially.

This is bullshmacks, 333 George St branch was brand new direct access from Barangaroo via Wynyard tunnel which was accessible for me from the wharf! Why shut down after renovation? I don't like world Square NAB, heaps of criminals/junkies inside NAB and i deem it unsafe! Reinstate 333 George St NAB immediately effectively! Why deem it temporarily closed when it was brand new branch! This is appalling, otherwise thumbz up 5 stars for quality and accessibility.

I had a lovely experience with National Australia Bank recently.

Both the Call-Center staff, and the in store reps did everything they could help me!

Cindy from NAB on George ZERO STARS The customer service service is extrmely rude and yelled at customer. An extremely frunstrating and upsetting experience. The company should not hire her.
Would not recommend to anyone!

The ATM was unable to print receipt without warning at the start of the transaction, but need it for the company's records. Waited for a while and didn't know where the customer services representatives were until someone who looked like a customer sitting on the table called, but she was unable to print out a receipt either. And there is no teller to do any transactions, go to a proper branch instead.

Staff is friendly but lacks functions of a normal bank, had to wait in line 3 times to do a simple transaction
