NAB Mosman does not provide any actual services such as real time transfer, bank chèque…staffs complain about under staffed while not providing service. I was being redirected to Warringah Mall or North Sydney branch at 16: 30 for a real-time transfer. I requested them to notify North Sydney branch with a phone call as I worried about traffic at perk hours. Most ridiculous thing was they cannot locate North Sydney branch number…and therefore can’t even make a courtesy call…. Bank switched.

What a pathetic service. Mosman Branch is on holidays and no one to assist. Only one ATM machine for the customer. Their suggestion: go to Waringah Mall. What a joke
