Please avoid this branch. I read the Google rate before but still went there, the staff was friendly but NOT helpful at all.

I was there to varsity my ID for credit card application and somehow they didn’t notify the case officer at all so my case was ceased. I only find out two weeks after via the NAB custom service, which is another story, bad overall BAD experience I may say.

Terrible experience please do not go through Nab North Sydney for any home loan pre approval. They hire junior inexperienced staff who process your application and their work is not even reviewed by a senior lender before promising the customers their borrowing limit. Even the customer service team is poor they just don’t seem interested in helping the customers. Time to up your game Nab North Sydney.

ALERT: YOU CANT OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT IN NAB FROM 11.30AM TO 2PM
I visited NAB Wynyard (NAB on George) to open a joint bank account. Before the visit, I confirmed with one of the bankers (I think his name is Nick) there that I can open a bank account anytime during the branch is open and I need to visit the branch with the person i want to open a joint account with (my partner). My partner cant take a long lunch break. So he took a day off to open a joint account. We went to the branch and WE WERE REJECTED. They said I cant open a bank accout from 11.30am to 2pm because they are BUSY. I looked around the branch.only me and my partner and another customer were there. There were two bankers. So I asked back that there are not many people here. The bankers said it is NAB POLICY that they are NOT allowed to open a bank account from 11.30am to 2pm. I explained that I was already told that i can open a bank account anytime thats why we are taking a day off to come here and I wanted to see the policy. They said they cant show us the written policy because the policy is not written anywhere. I wanted to talk to the manager. The two bankers said the manager is on lunch break. What a joke.
I complained this to NAB. The only thing I want is an apology from the manager. They said wait. But no apology from the manager even after 5~6 contacts. The manager's name is AILEEN DIAZ. She always ignores my contacts. I dont know what to do now.

I am an existing customer and I went to enquire about some details regarding my home loan but the staff was very rude and helpful. He just told me I don’t know for all my questions and didn’t know about the bank process itself. Such a disgusting customer service, I can’t wait to switch to some other bank which is more customer centric

Branch staff are simply not interested in helping or even opening a new account. After one month I opened the account I still have not received my card. Trying contacting them by email is pointless.

Walked in to get some information about the different types of accounts because I was looking to start one, was told you can just start one with the iPad yourself, I re explained I was after information about them and was told "no I can't do that, come back tomorrow". I left very confused

The worst customer service ever. I asked a question to this older Indian guy and he was completely uninterested in helping even through there were no other customers. Avoid this branch if you can. He will tell you to just go figure it out yourself while making sure you feel stupid with a passive aggressive insult.

We went into the Nth Sydney branch to deposit cash from the sale of our car. The greeting was simply 'yeah? '. I didn't respond to that and then the male staffer said 'what do you want? ' I explained and he said that the teller who was busy with another customer would be a few minutes. He returned behind another teller and started talking to 3rd staff member. I could hear them and it was a personal conversation. No matter. I then waited for 10 mins. It was only me and another customer in the branch with 3 staff members behind the tellers. It was only when a 3rd customer walked in that the first staff member served me. Appalling service!

Worse customer service I ever deal with.
Home loan staff are junior. Too many mistaks and delays. Too many hasel. Expected to be panick and nervous when want to meet your settlement date

How is NAB still at the market. The worst bank there is.canceling our business account today. Customer service 1 point out of 10 phone call support 0 points team work -1 point. O points is too high for the ridiculous experience I’ve had here.
