NAB branch

Forgot wallet at home but had service nsw, email etc on phone to identify myself, all I needed was maybe 25 dollars for lunch and public transport home just to be told it's a bank with no cash. What's next a car without wheels? NAB is behind the crowd by not offering cardless cash and now they have banks with no money? The most help I could get was redirected to a Chatswood NAB.

If they wanted to help they could of identified me, sent a confirmation email for paper trail then physically open the ATM present. I was the only customer there. Pathetic if you're not handling cash and not there for customer service what are they doing?

I'm considering moving my money elsewhere after such a slap in the face.

It is ridiculous that this branch is not able to accept a basic over the counter cash deposit.its the most basic of banking transactions yet it cant be performed at the nab crows nest branch.going the way of all service industries that want the customer to self-serve.what are we customers paying bank fees for?

Branch Manager, Stephen Lam is so professional and helpful. He pulled out all stops to get a property exchange sorted. Can't thank him enough.
