Worst service, I don’t now why they are. Violeta branch manager is terrible. Planning to cancel nab account after this.

Really bad service as the wait times are horrendous. I had to wait for an hour just to see the teller for a document validation to open an account. Also when I spoke to the bank on the phone, I was advised that the validation was not done. Not sure what the teller did when I was at the branch.
Thinking about closing my accounts.

Came into this branch for in person assistance and got turned away to try and resolve my own query online.

Terrible service. They rejected our request for assistance and instead asked us to resolve the issue through a broker for bank account Authorization. However, our broker is not a bank staff. How can our broker help us? After confirming the matter with NAB over the phone, we were told that we still need to visit the branch again to resolve the issue. If you're seeking a new mortgage or refinancing, you are their clients. However, if your mortgage was not originated by them, they neglect their responsibilities as a bank branch.

One staff at this branch called me after my complaint, but she yelled at me. So rude.

They were very friendly when opening a bank account. But things are messed up
The bank opened on Tuesday or Thursday this week, so I visited twice.
They said they don't have the card, don't know why, the card will be made in early February. It's really disappointing.

I requested a simple withdrawal with a clear breakdown of how I would like it split.
It was beyond the teller to assist me with this and I was belittled after asking for this basic request.
I ended up having to go to the convenience store to get the change I required because she couldn't do it and refused to understand what I was asking for.

A simple business banking transaction took almost an hour. The staff shortage is very obvious at this branch. Avoid it if you don't have time to waste.

Had my bank account some fraud transactions. The Indian girl at the counter was simply hopeless. She literally closed her eyes and rolled her eyes while I was trying to explain my situation. This is the customer service nab is giving. When asked if I can use phone line to call customer service and despite a phone provided for call she told the other Asian staff not to give the phone for service. My account is used by fraudsters and it seems nab is part of it as I have been continuously loosing money and bank fails to do anything

Went there to get change for the business account and they wanted to know if I had an account there. As my husband has an account, I had to call him and he had his NAB visa card with him. Teller refused to accept that even though they can get all the details of him with that number, and his name and mobile number.
All this for a mere $190.00 worth of change, I wasn't asking them for a mountain of gold! Wasted my time and I will not be opening any accounts for my children or myself in that bank. This is not the way to behave in the city and that small amount would not have had any impact as he was wasting precious time when it would have taken him a couple of minutes to do the job

2 separated visits at the Pitt Street branch
One of the teller is such a professional, helpful person.
The other teller at the branch, don't know how she got the job! Few customers inline with me was avoiding service from her. I got to experience the reason for it - incompetent!

Customer advisor here is very nice and professional. We came to open join account and he's very helpful. Also, he give us a call after that to make sure everything alright. We very impress for the service of this branch. Thanks Johnson

Worst bank to deal with. I have applied a year ago for the equity loan, they never got back to me with any answer. I have sent them email in regad to my nabtrade account they never replied. So far transferring all my money to another bank.

NAB requested me to send a scanned copy of a NAB form to a NAB email address. Went into the branch for help with printing the form, letting me sign and sending the scanned copy onwards. Staff advised that NAB retail cannot assist with ‘NABTrade queries’. I don’t have a scanner at home, the branch was empty with no other customers, really NAB?

30 dollar fee to deposit a cheque because there isn’t enough security with my account. Banks should do more to keep their customers happy. My weekly wage is more than the cheque!

Like most people, I have not previously been fan of banks. But this branch, particularly Benson has been excellent. I wish they were closer to my work.
