Very disappointed at the service we chose, we should have terminated earlier. I understand it may be caused by lack of hands, only a few property managers to look after entire areas but it cannot be the reason for unprofessional behavior. No response to landlord's request, didn't give any notification after rental has been in arears for 28 days. If you don't care for your clients, it will come back to you someday. Hopefully they can learn from the failures, should have checked the reviews before we decided to move previous management to this. Be careful.

Never do business with this company, N1C managed our property for 5 years, during the 5 year period we believed, N1c was managing the property, however when the tenant left and flew out of the country. N1c released the bond with no exit inspection. It then became apparent that N1c had complete no property inspections during the entire management period. When we entered the unit, it was clear the tenant had not cleaned the property in years and there were a numbers of repairs required. N1c took no responsibility and said we have already released the bond there is nothing we can do? We then had to pay upwards of $5,000.00 to clean and repair the property. The property was untenanted for 3 months. N1c stopped replying to our emails and we had to go to Ncat.

Our rental experience with N1 Centre has been smooth and pleasant thus far. The team are polite and prompt, and some minor issues we had upon moving in were efficiently resolved.

I just want to give a big shout-out to Leticia. I requested a very tight timeline to get all the lease paperwork done so that I could move into my new apartment, and avoid stretching it our over the weekend and into the following week. She went above and beyond in expeditiing the process and came through for me. Much thanks!

I am a landlord and N1 Realty has provided me excellent services especially during the COVID period. They look after the property as well as myself and tenants. I would recommend N1 Realty to my friends for sure.

Never trade with this agency. They deduct your bond without any discussion, especially David and Shaheena. They try to kick tenants out for nonsense reasons. All the staffs are hopeless and I feel sorry for the home buyers/owners too.

Highly recommend the team in N1 centre, always responsive and proactive. Our property manager Shaheena looks after our properties and tenants well, had our best interests at heart at all time. She is also very experienced with dealing with unreasonable requests, especially during this difficult time. The team work with tradies with ethics. All the repairs and maintenances organised by Shaheena have been done in a satisfactory manner. Thank you!

Very friendly staff. Shaheena and David have always attended to our needs and I have had a smooth stay. Receptionist is very patient as well. I recommend to anyone looking to rent a property to go with these guys!

Appears to be a dodgy agency. Shaheena Khan doesn't respond at all. Possibly they don't want to rent out properties.

I would warn anyone from dealing with these people. They are extremely rude and abusive. I was called a "bloody woman" over the phone when trying to discuss the reason they had already submitted the bond without prior discussion or giving me the chance to get my cleaners back in to finalise. I would not recommend dealing with this company. BE CAREFUL!

Right at the Chatswood station Interchange. Not a lot of foot traffic as it is on a higher level. Can see the train station platforms from here.
