Total Disaster. I used them in an agency setting for an alco-industry mystery shops and the shopper pool was unskilled, with serious issues with communications and quality. They promise everything, but just go on gumtree and find any tom dick and harry to fulfill their shops. The quality of reporting was riddled with grammar mistakes and data totally inaccurate including visits when venues were closed. They are cheap, but they add no value to doing it yourself / in house.
