9Terrible customer service and attitude from staff and Optometrist. Lack of manners and any understanding of how to keep a customer. Certainly wouldn’t be going back anytime soon.
Appointment with optometrist the most useless in my entire life! The check was literally 3min (yes the check cause only one eye was checked!) and kept saying why you don’t go to your ophtalmologist! While I came to an urgent discomfort, eye redness and concerns after using a new eye ointment! Did not even check the dryness level or cornea state using flip drops to see if there is any issue. He just checked the eye in 1min and lights on, that’s it! Saying nothing wrong! Above all he was very unpleasant and was very uninterested in my issue! To avoid!
Two ladies need improve their training of customer service.
Doing nothing just standing here talking shouldn’t hire them for sure
Additionally, I was as old customer you cannot quote a new price randomly. It’s were blackmail.
Basically, not going anyway. Thx for wasting my time:/
I am very critical with customer service experience. I have been having a great experience with the staff. Andrew is very knowledgable and going above and beyond to reach your expectation. Highly recommended.
I got my glasses from this shop for the last few years. Always happy with their services and the glasses of course. Thanks guys!
I bought reading glasses and found out there is a screw missing. Luckily it is still under warranty. They ordered the screw for me. We will update here if I get it or not.
$630 frame, broke in 2 months after I bought, sent them to repair, not returned after 4 months till today. I just want to ask you Andrew, where is my glasses and when I can get it back? Why you lied to Fair Trading saying you told me it would take 2 - 3 months to repair the glasses? Let's go to the Tribunal then.
I totally agree with Kyle Ngai, my friend had a job trial in this shop before, she was told by the other assistants that if the customers dress casually and dont have any luxury or designer brands with them, they don't expect customers like that have the ability or willingness to truly buy their glasses, so they usually don't serve this kind of customer with enough patient if they are busy or tired.
I have been a regular customer over the years here – they have a friendly and skilled optometrist, and the shop manager Andrew has always provided great service – can recommended them (and he’s another great kiwi!). He has helped chasing up parts for my glasses and repairing them -my farmless Porsche Design (avoid them like the plague!) like their namesake sadly needed regular fixing. I have no hesitation recommending them.
