We have both bougth and sold our property through MyPlace, working with John Higgins and Zoli Pataki. I chose John to sell my property as I was already using his team as my managing agents, and as they were doing an outstanding job I assumed that, as principal, John would also do a great job. I was not wrong - in fact my expectations were exceeded!

We are tenants of My Place and their care factor for their tenants is zero. They ignore our contact and act like we are creating problems when in fact we have been leased a dodgy property that has had a multitude of problems since we moved in. Their system of not having a dedicated property manager and instead you have to email a generic email is a joke.
