Alfred did an awesome job of relieving my nick pain. I am extremely happy with my progress and am improving every week. Very professional and highly recommend his treatment.

I have been seeing Alice at My physio for over a month now for a very tight and sore neck/shoulder and she has been really good. She is very experienced in her field and has been able to give me exercises to help reduce the pain and strengthen the muscle. She takes the time to explain what she's doing and really cares for your wellbeing.

Alfred did a great job at treating my knee tendon issue, I felt a lot better after a few sessions. He is very knowledgable and considerate, the exercise he suggested is very effective in strengthening my quad muscles. Highly recommended!

I had very positive experience when working with Ran in my physio health clinics (Macquarie shopping center) in may 2023; I find he is very understanding, the solutions are very helpful; the physi app is also user friendly; i have no hesitation recommending him to other patients.

Highly recommend the physio service from here. Dr Charles Weng has been professional and accommodating and I have recovered well from my injuries!

I had the worst and most expensive experience at Myphysio Macquarie Park.
I had problem with my knee. The person who saw me were not confident, did not know what to do and referred me back to my GP without doing anything. His explanation was that " because I don't know the problem, I won't do anything as it may get worse". Fair enough so far. At the end of that couple of minutes visit I was charged $90. Surprise.
I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE TO ANYONE AT ALL.

Our tennis elbows recovered after visiting Alfred for treatment several times. Alfred is awesome and considerate. He not only helped us to get rid of the tennis elbows but also taught us exercise strengthening our muscle. Alfred was so helpful and we were happy to meet him every week. Alfred is highly recommended.

About 4 months ago I completely torn my ATFL ligament in my ankle and I was not able to walk.
With the help from Alfred Wong, I was able to play again and my ankle is better than before and I couldn’t have played in my grand final if it wasn’t for him.

Alfred has been treating me over the last 2 months for severe neck and shoulder pain due to a bulging disc. Both his expertise in physio and interpersonal skills helped me address this both physically and mentally. This has been one of the hardest times and having Alfred’s motivation as well as pain relief enabled me to have a more positive outlook. I would absolutely recommending My Physio Macquarie shopping centre, especially Josh.
I went to see him with a chronic pain in my shoulder and neck and he sorted it in 5 sessions.
He does know what to do when it comes to pain, and he is also very nice and pleasant.

I had a shoulder and neck pain for a pretty long time before I came to see Alfred in MyPhysio Macquarie Park. It has been affecting my work and sport activities for a pretty long time. After a set of therapy Alfred set up for me, I feel much better than before and able to do intense sports games without pain. The process is way out of my expectation as Alfred always able to help me to adjust on the level of exercise from my feedback and only let me go when I’m able to do the moves correctly. It’s an amazing experience that you gradually firmly believe you’ll get better week after week so highly recommend Alfred for anyone in need

Myphysio at Macquarie has been phenomenal.

I came to Alfred with debilitating neck pain and he was able to diagnose and alleviate my pain after one session. I really found Alfred’s use of sustained neck apophis guide (sang) incredibly helpful. I’ve also been treated by Josh through chronic knee pain - who was highly thorough and skilled.

I would highly recommend Alfred and Josh to anyone in need of physiotherapy.

I had ongoing shoulder and knee pains for about 3 years caused by sports. Josh patiently treated my shoulders and knees through nerve glide and strengthening exercises and dry needling. The pains got resolved enough that I can play without having to tape my shoulders and knees! Taking the stairs is also no longer painful.

I highly recommend working with him and can't stop talking about how he has greatly improved my badminton game as well as my day to day movement!

I met Joshua Parker when my daughter injured herself in a playground incident. Joshua helped her immensely to manage her pain and she off playing again in a few weeks. Joshua is extremely caring and competent. Would recommend him for kids and adults alike. Good Job)
