Receptionists were friendly and explained things very well. Called in the morning and booked an appointment, no long wait and I went in within 5 minutes of arriving. Above all, Dr Kalpana was extremely helpful and understanding, she genuinely care about her patients' wellbeing. I truly recommend this place.

The medical is super clean and tidy. The staff and doctors are very nice and polite. Waiting time and treatment time is correct. Bulk bills payments are fast and no additional pay. The only thing is I called and ask if they have yellow fever vaccine, they said yes then when i came they refered me to myhealth CBD. Should update the record if there is no yellow vaccine. Otherwise, i had other travel required vaccine directly there as flu, hepatitis A, B. All good and happy with other services that i had there.

Great experience going to this medical practice. The practice was very clean and brand new looking, front desk was very welcoming and they bulk bill too which is awesome. The doctor was very helpful with answering my questions and didn't feel like i was being rushed to get out.

This medical practice is very accessible and convenient, only a short walk from Wynyard and Circular Quay station. Staff are always friendly and helpful, and the clinic is spotlessly clean and nicely built. They have two other sister practices in the CBD on Castlereagh St and in Barangaroo, which are as good. Highly recommended!
