Great doctors and facilities. Location is perfect for those who work in Barangaroo and the wait times are minimal because it work by appointment. Highly recommend.

The apppontment was on time, and the doctor listened to my concerns in a caring manner and gave me reassurance that there was a plan forward. The lady who took my blood sample was also very kind.

Booked a pathology appointment as a 34 week pregnant woman, walked all the way from work to the blood test only to be told when I got there that the staff member was “on a break” for half an hour and wouldn’t be back until 30 mins after my scheduled appointment. To make matters worse, the staff member in question was still IN THE ROOMS and refused to perform the pathology service when the receptionist went to check with her. Left without having my bloods done and will never return. No compassion.

Another excellent visit to Myhealth Barangaroo this morning.

I visit Brangroo myhealth center since 2017, Girls in reception are so nice and professional. Especially my GP Dr Ian Tse, he is passionate, friendly and knowledgeable.
I am really appreciate for his trustworthy service.

Clean and modern practice conveniently located. Professional staff & you can book online. Also has a nurse & blood collection Centre. Doctors run mostly on time. I recommend Dr Ian Tse.

The Doctors here are always on time and the location is very convenient. Dr M Toppin is friendly and very thorough - never rushed.

She is rude, harsh & vulgar
No wonder all her time slots were empty & available

Covid and flu shots - booked with little notice and delivered flawlessly. This is a good medical centre.

America has one of the worst health care systems in the world. Myhealth Barangaroo is following the American model.

I provided my Medicare card but still had to pay $90 to see a gp for 10 minutes.

The receptionist told me I might have to pay a fee but she couldn't tell me what that fee might be. It felt misleading and deliberately vague. As a consumer I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I have lost the trust of the staff at Myhealth Barangaroo.

As a consumer don't I have the right to know how much something is going to cost before hand? Why do I have to wait until the end of the doctors consult to find out the cost? I went in for a referral (pretty straight forward). Why couldn't they tell me upfront that getting a referral would cost me $90?

Why aren't their prices listed on their website? Why are doctors so secretive with their pricing? If a hairdressers can list their price, if a shoe repairer can tell me the price upfront, if a landscape gardener can give an upfront quote why can't a GP?

Myhealth Barangaroo seems to be taking more of an American approach to providing health "care". Very capitalistic of them and not what the Australian medical system has ever been about.

Extremely disappointing.

Walked in at 4.40 told they were closed. Funny your website and sign on your front door suggest otherwise. The way you do anything is the way you do everything. So I guess I dodge one here.

I have been seeing Dr Zhou Lin and he has been nothing but thorough kind and patient. Great communication and extremely informative I've felt incredibly cared for under his supervision. He was able to identify an issue early on which we promptly treated and I can't recommend him enough.

“Myhealth Barangaroo” caters for all and I have received nothing but exceptional servicing and an extremely high level of care. The practice is welcoming and caring from the moment you enter it, and the skills of the various doctors combine to provide an all encompassing treatment. Dr. David Leaf, in particular, epitomises the characteristics of professionalism, care and compassion developed during experience in various fields. His ability to communicate gives the sense of being concerned for me as an individual making it very easy to confide in him.

I don't know who the precious one is below (TJ) My experiences with all concerned with this practice from the administration girls at the coal face to each of the practitioners I've had dealings with have been nothing short of amazing compared to any other medical practice that I've had anything to do with in my 59 years. Dr David Leaf in particular is the very best specialist GP Ive ever come across. He is brilliant in regards mens health and has diagnosed several life threatening ilnesses in me that required many major surguries that went undiagnosed by other doctors.

If you need validation via revues, don't have any hesitation taking your chances here, you wont be dissapointed.

Have been seeing Dr Leaf for a while now, just a great practical doctor, with really good advice, would definitely recommend David for anyone that needs a great Dr with such a wide medical knowledge.

This is very low level of performance!
They don’t care about their patients.
Charged me extra money for 2 minute follow up with a doctor, where she said next: your screening is ok, the second test is not ready, call one more time (receptionist talked to me and said “for one more follow up you have to pay again”).
Today I received an email from pathology clinic that I overdue my payment.
Nobody in My Health in clinic ever told me that I have to pay to pathologist as well. I didn’t even know who provides service for this!
Finally, for cervical screening test I have to pay 292 dollars, where only half we will be back to my account.
My second test is not ready yet! It’s been 5 weeks, and nobody cares! I just call them and they said, oh maybe next week it will be ready.
This is just ridiculous!

This is a five star medical practice, the Doctors and Nurses are terrific and the reception staff are very caring and understanding.
It’s definitely the best medical practice in Sydney’s CBD and it’s olen in the Lockdown.
I also must give a special mention to Olivia who is the blood collector with Douglass Hanly Moir within the practice. I have a needle and blood phobia and I never feel the needle when she is taking my blood. Amazing!

I would like to strongly recommend the clinic. My experience with them has been above expectations in all regards. In particular, I would like to appraise doctor Schenider for the care and expertise applied to my case. I will definitely visit back in case needed.

Horrible experience, terrible reception staff, disingenuous & patronising.senior doctor was rude and arrogant. This clinic isn't interested in the health and well-being of potential patients just a corporate money making operation.
