I visited Myer Chatswood on Saturday the 4th of November and I was greeted in the Homewares department by a wonderful new staff member who did everything she could to help us in purchasing some homewares. And she was also helped by her work colleague who was also wonderful in providing her time to serve me.

Someone needs to tell the ladies in Women's Cosmetics that if a customer says they don't need any assistance, then leave them alone. Don't follow them around the store. Don't ask them again two minutes later.

Pretty bad service. Was shopping for work shoes and asked a passing myer staff for assistance and she just goes “I don’t do shoes, love” and walked off. She didn’t suggest any other way of assistance.

Ordered a click and collect order and when i went to pick it up they said the order had not come through yet (why cant you process it then).
The next advice was if i pay for it in store i can cancel my online order and get a refund.
When i rang to cancel it they said it wasn't processed yet i will need to call back. (yet again just can just cancel it)
So then i called back the next day and they said it would be cancelled and refunded within 5 days.
I have since called 5 times (each time at least 10 minutes on hold) and emailed multiple times - it has been 14 days and i still have no refund.
Each time the only thing they can say is that the last person didn't process it correctly.

Discount nearly all year round. Staff there are really nice compared to the ones in David Jones.

Probably one of the best Myers in Sydney. Wide variety of products and their promotions are set up well, so you might nip a bargain or two. If you ever needed to purchase something for a gift they do complimentary gift wrapping for you but you may need to be a Myer One card holder to get that.

It is little wonder that this company is going backwards with very few floor staff and those that are there disinterested in any kind of customer service. Making customers do all the leg work to finalise a sale is not cool.

A young lady in the razor department was extremely helpful and friendly (I think she was a trainee), they had an excellent range too. She also informed me about the money back exchange if i didn't get on well with my new electric razor.highly recommended!

Myer is good, however their customer service is not. Guy at click and collect was rude, and doesn't know how to talk to customers.

Received great service from a young woman in females shoes section who spent a great deal of time on me ensuring i walked away with a product i was happy with and then also helped me get a matching belt

Can t score 0.
I take my watch for assistance, and been told the waiting time was between 4 to 6 weeks.
Came back after 2 months for touching base in regards, no one knows anything, i called the seiko by my self to check the reason of delay.
Apparently they tried to call mayer multiple time but without any response.
Go again to mayer explain the situation ad rather than apologies they even ask 62$!
My watch take 4 months, plenty of time waste and 62 of surcharge. Everytime you need to wait at list 20m before someone on the right department come to see u.
Worst customer service ever!

I would have given -ve stars if that was possible. Absolutely appalling customer service. Same goes to Macquarie center and the person who handles the Twitter handle. Made me run through hoops for one online order.

Great Store. Family friendly. Excellent product quality with reasonable price. Reasonable price of breakfast. Just one thing I do not like is so many customers during weekends. I like to go there evening on weekdays.

Always love Myers and the Chatswood outlet is nice. Spacious. Went during a bedding sale and two thumbs up for the PosturePedic sales personnel. Extremely informative and helpful.

Review of the bra section changing room. The staff woman Danielle was already flustered and complaining about I don't know what as I walked in, I approached her to show her how many items I had, she cut me off and snapped back "just wait! ". For what? It was empty, I just wanted to go in a change room. Extremely unprofessional.
