David from the fragrances department was so lovely and helpful, thank you so much for the perfume AND the restaurant recommendations. We will definitely be back next time we’re in Newcastle!

Great sale on at the moment. They assistants were busy at the checkouts but always apologised for the delay.

Went to the boxing day sales for sunnies. Lots of people and the sales staff were courteous and friendly, despite being under the pump and constantly having to watch other customers to prevent theft.

Initially when to Johnny Bigg inside Myres as that is my size but found Johnny Biggs clothes to be a bad fit for me, so soon discovered the Myres range of big man clothes "Reserve" and what a joy these were, perfect fits in good pants and jeans, many thanks for your range will be back soon

I can always find what I need in store.
The staff are usually friendly and helpful too.
Prices can be alittle higher then other shops selling the same product but all items have always been quality.

This store never answers phone calls. Waited a month for stock to become available. Had stock at midnight at Charlestown click and collect. Ordered. Cancelled click and collect when I rang myers customer service they said they never had the order that it was in back order. Was told to order delivery and still says no stock. So disappointed don’t know if I’ll ever buy off Myers again.

Staff are nice, but they're a bit pricy for the quality's of what they're actually selling

The woman working at the click and collect hub needs to be trained in customer service. I was ignored for about 5 mins, she walked past me and didn’t acknowledge me. She spoke to me very rudely and make me feel very uncomfortable when she did serve me. I misplaced my ID and when I offered her another form of ID, she rudely said I should have photo ID on the Service Australia app, which I don’t because I don’t have a drivers licence. She was unwilling to help me and I walked out of there without the item I payed for. I won’t be shopping there again.

Sadly couldn't get any service in the men's department as ladies were busy talking to each other about other customers. Shame as we needed to purchase Alot of items. No help what so ever. They kept looking at us but trying to avoid eye contact. We went elsewhere and spent nearly $1000. A shame

A place where you can find many good quality items for this holidays, with good service and a lot of order

Good service and selection of clothes and things. Found beautiful dresses unable to find other shops. Shopping experience is always good here.

Honestly the best customer service we have experienced! From the Bra department to the shoe department. We were impressed by the customer service and both these department s were really busy and they were all happy and smiling. However, other departments were not like this sadly (dresses) but we were not buying this product.

Great place to go shopping. Surprisingly good and reasonably priced. Things I liked the most were the lounges out the front because the boss spent more time shopping than I did. Ha ha Loved it!

Typical department store. Clean with plenty of displays and stock. Staff were very helpful and informative. The car park is right outside the door of the store. A good experience.

New employee? Adam in Giftorium could not have been more helpful if he tried…. He will go far! Well done Adam - really appreciated your help today…… and that was before I realised you had the item I was looking for in the Willow Tree range. You managed my expectations, were extremely thorough, went the extra mile and were so friendly and helpful on the phone. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Its not the biggest and the range of items isn't that great. Its like the store that the company has forgotten about.

This place has heaps of things from house hold stuff to crockery, kitchen items, dinner sets etc. You can also find extensive range of bed n bath stuff, garments, kids toys.

No! Staff to be found in the vacuum cleaner dept, I waited around 15 minutes for someone to come help with the Dysons!
Ended up leaving & going to Binğlee & bought a Dyson there

I got what I wanted but I had a mixed reaction with staff. Cashier was lovely but I had to ask staff for the locations of items and both these reactions left a lot desired. In short, they were rude. It's not what you expect from customer service elsewhere but I guess that's how myers operates.

What I bought seems tops though.
