77Cluttered and bunch of the older lady staff thought they were entitled too not do their job and they let a queue that had being waiting 20+ min go on and then then one staff lady of the ignorant bunch finally came up to the first customer and blamed the wait on the other myer employees. Should probs sack that girls group you got going on they think to entitled to roll their eyes and just talk behind the desk and the back.
I went on boxing day and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They had very good prices and we didn't have to wait very long to be served because they had so many staff on. We were so impressed!
Great range. Well laid out. Chronically under staffed. If you can find it yourself you'll do fine
I remember the days when there were helpful staff at Myer and it was a joy to walk in there and feel my life was elevated. Now I feel it's a showcase for inferior quality merchandise and overpriced colognes and perfumes. I could not find nice clothes or nice shoes to make me feel uplifted so I went to Florsheim and David Jones instead.
Shoe shopping on the weekend, amazing staff member who assisted me even though not her area - so helpful - she was so busy I missed the opportunity to thank her and let her know I appreciated her time
I went into Meyers to shop and also use the bathroom. It is usually clean and well stocked. It was disgusting. I had to use the disabled bathroom. It was a mess as well. Dissapointed with Meyers. My experience at the TS section was very good. The lady there was very helpful.

I was simply looking for the skirt and 3 staff members couldn’t help, just kept redirecting me from one person to another, disappointing.
If you are after a wide range at varying price points, hit Myer on a weekend. You are bound to find some super bargains too
Normally whenever we visit the staff here is pretty good, helpful and cheerful. Today was a bad day. We went there to get a pair of sunglasses for my wife, she asked the girl employee stationed there for a couple of specific sunnies she had selected online. This girl behaved as if we have interrupted sone very important discussion she was having with another girl employee. The glasses we wanted weren't available but we had made up our mind to buy any other option suitable today. This employee never offered any help and when my wife asked a few queries regarding the display glasses, she appeared to be very bothered as she was now extremely busy on her phone, even when she replied she didn't even care to look direct to my wife. This showing of attitude to $$ paying customers is not a good omen for retail. Very bad experience today, we didn't buy anything today and probably avoid this store now onwards.
It's a nice place. Good customer service. But sometimes they forget to remove the security tags after you buy the product.
Which makes the security gate scream.

I just left Myer castle hill after waiting in the shoe dept for almost 30 mins for someone to assist me- I asked a store worker if anyone was working in the shoe dept and she told me the “boys will be back soon”, so I waited another 15 mins. Well the boys never came. Are you wanting to sell stock or not? Waste of time, thanks
Do not click and collect here. The wait time is massive, staff let other customers cut the line to pay for products despite there being many other counters to pay and only one click and collect counter and despite many people in line waiting to be served.
Showed lady photo of perfume I wanted. It was a Dior, quite expensive. I come home to find it wasn’t the perfume from the photo. They couldn’t give me refund. Very disappointed as this is not my fault.
Big shop with good stock levels however it's very hard to find someone to help you. Myer seem to under staff their stores.

Staff member at register in ladies fashion Angela (was the name on receipt as not wearing badge) she had referred to herself as a manager not sure about that as she was so unprofessional when she stuffed up an exchange, then Called a actual other manager to intervene, I tryed explaining to her she was not interested in what I was saying as she was not LISTENING…. I didn’t get an apology from Angela …. But got a lot of arguing before …. As I tryed to keep an open mindset toward her by remaining optimistic and polite, She had no problem remaining rude by not owning up to her mistake. We all make them! But professionalism with a swift apology does wonders,

Range is not that great. When you ask if they have something you saw online - it's frustrating to hear them say - you need to go to a bigger myer for that we are only a small one
The lady that served us at the makeup counter was so lovely and helpful. Something you don't get with online shopping
Pretty good store with a lot of sizes and stock. Sometimes the stock is misplaced or a bit difficult to find, but the range here is definitely a highlight!
The staff are quite friendly, particularly the female staff who I interacted with in the lingerie section. One went out of her way to look for a particular piece for me, and the other was just super warm and friendly at the checkouts! I’d recommend coming here but just don’t call as the calls didn’t seem to go through….
