I’ve tried to call the store numerous times on different occasions but can’t get through. I received an online order with the wrong sizes and just wanted to check with the store if they have them available before wasting my time going into the store. So frustrating

Lady working in Channel section was not willing to show me the right product. I requested for the sample and she said not allowed to give 2 samples. Channel was recommended by my friend and I thought I should try

Clean, helpful staff. Stock of Lego was a little lacking, but as it was a few days before Christmas, that was to be expected. Prices were comparable to other outlets.

A great Myer store. Nice clean layout that stocks what they say. No empty shelves, mess, or clutter like some other Myer stores.
Most aisles are pram/ wheelchair ok & store spacious. Lifts & escalators work. A few maps to save time would be handy for the quick specific shop. And maybe a bench seat or two.
I know I'd shop more often if I didn't waste time etc trying to find what I'm after (not that I don't love a good browse too) as it can be hard to find staff/ desks that aren't busy serving to assist, especially during peak times.
Staff, though, I have found to be all wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Overall, I highly recommend it.

I usually buy shoes from Myer but today myself and another customer waiting in mens shoe section for a good 30mins. No one helped so could not try on any shoes. Plenty of business lost here. Let's just say I won't be coming back to Myer for shoes anytime soon.

Can never receive service from any team member every time I attempt to shop here sometimes waiting at counters while staff stuff around with merchandise not caring about customers I now shop elsewhere thankfully many of the brands have stores in Westfields so I dont have to be precived as an inconvenience to staff who would rather stand around and talk to eachother than serve paying customers

Staff make you order and pay delivery for items solely because they are too lazy to waddle out to the storeroom and find them.

I wanted to only specifically give an employee named Jessa 5 stars because she genuinely deserves it. After talking to two sales ladies at the Clinque counter about a product that I bought a few days ago for my Mum for Christmas, they sort of dismissed me and asked me to come back to talk to the lady that actually served me a few days ago, when I bought the product. As if that was their only solution and claimed that the product had been used when it hadn't been at all. I simply wanted to exchange the Christmas gift that I bought for my Mum yesterday, as I bought the wrong one. After that experience, my Mum and I felt defeated & were ready to walk away, but Jessa approached us and took the time to actually listen and help us. When it comes to customer service, Jessa absolutely sets the bar high. Thank you Jessa for taking the time out to serve my Mum and me, I honour you for your service!

The best customer service is there from lovely staff. BUT, I bought a shirt in closed bag and when I asked if I can try it, the gentleman got me a trial shirt. This shirt was very dirty specifically the collar and the sleeves. I guess it could be a better way specially the COVID is still around.

All the perfume is locked in so tester needs to be asked before u can spray to check the fragrance. U buy Chanel they do not give u Chanel bag not fair u pay the same price even if u buy from sydney or penrith store.
Some of the ladies are quite abrupt and rude in penrith Myer

It seems that every time I come to the cosmetic counters at this store there is never anyone to help me! Why is this so. ” sorry she’s off today I’m only doing perfumes “ can someone please match me a foundation just once please! Why is there ever ever any staff here in a Monday wow wee some of us only get the Monday off

Recently i purchased versace perfume, from this store and i got versace travel bag free with perfume. Product quality is very nice. Staff service is good, they will guide you. I highly recommend this store.

Service was very poor considering the cost of items need assistance getting my 97 year old Grandfather some clothing items and it seemed a huge effort for staff very disappointing

I ordered a product that was in store, and after three weeks still nothing had been delivered. Myer are not responding to emails and when I called they blamed the courier. I have still not recieved the refund after several phone call requests. I would highly reccomend people use other stores with the same products and better customer service.

Called 5 times to Penrith store and was hung up on, transferred with no answer and phone errors. Terrible customer service don’t bother.
