77I went there to look for gifts for my birthday. The perfume bottles at Penhaligon's stand caught my attention. At that time, Nicole came and answered all the questions I was curious about and showed me all the perfumes I wanted to test. She understood my language barrier and she was always friendly, smiling and helpful throughout my shopping. At last she helped me get a Penhaligon's discovery kit.
Slightly old fashioned but easy to navigate and shop. Great that enough staff on the floor so I don't have to walk around to find someone for assistance.

Lovely lady helped me picked the perfect pyjamas for my mum, forgot her name but she definitely deserves a raise, than another helpful lady helped me get the perfect dress for my mum.
It is shame that the gift registry system is so outdated and there are no scanners available anywhere. We have travelled to 3 different Myer stores and all have said there are no scanners available. If this is the case, we should be able to select items online. I feel sorry for the store staff who have to then manually enter each barcode. It is just an unpleasant experience for customers.
No staff except 1 poor lady in Woman’s accessories - 25% off watches & mostly 40% off a huge range of costume jewellery
Waited for 25 minutes - understandably your only staff member can’t leave a $600 watch out with other customers whilst she runs over to other section to assist other customers & myself waiting - other staff that work for sunglass hit - looked like 3 of them - can’t help us as don’t have keys to cabinets! Why can a concession have 3 staff on & Myer only 1 ……

I recently visited the Myer Sydney store to purchase a gift for a friend. After countless hours moving from one stand to another I came across the Tom Ford Stand beside the escalators. I was greeted with such warmth and professionalism by the Tom Ford sales representative Elias. This high level of customer service has triggered me to write this review. This 5 star review is solely due to his high level of customer service and knowledge around fragrance. I simply suggested the scent that I was after for the recipient and that was it. Myer, I hope this review makes it down to him as I would be disappointed if my future shopping experiences at Myer are not equally as high, I am thankful for the high level of customer service and fragrance knowledge he encompasses.

I had my hair cut and coloured at J’s hair culture. I am very happy. The hair looks cool. Like it. J is a great hairstylist.

Online order cancelation - waited 3 days before they let me know they were out of stock and now I have to wait 3- 5 Business day's to get my money back. Second time they are doing it to me! Not worth buying from them online they stock systems is old and out of date. Online store not connected to their store system. As an IT professional this should not be a big issue to solve.
Trying to pay for something is so hard at all Myers, now trying to get $100 gift card that’s advertised everywhere and no one can help me, Aesop, nor the Swarovski cash register, now going to another register …. Hopefully 3rd register is a charm, can’t wait for Myer to shut down and get a superstore with better customer experience, don’t get me started on their online shopping experience.

A female staff member with frizzy light brown hair in her 50’s / 60’s at the register next to the Click & Collect on the ground floor in the handbag department was constantly pulling her face mask off to talk on the phone & talk to customers whilst standing away from the Covid protection screen! This was repeatedly observed on 27.12.2021 at around 3.00pm. Have Myer staff not heard about the global pandemic or the over 6,000 new Covid infections announced on that day? Absolutely disgraceful behaviour & zero care for anyone but herself! Why has this person got a job working with the public when she is putting so many people at risk?

Yesterday, Daisy in the jewellery department was amazing. She helped us find the perfect gift (Amor bracelet) for our daughter and was so patient to help us use the voucher (bonus offer) - she provides top shelf customer service
Went to check out in the men's department. Was originally going to pay with cash, my partner added another item we wanted to buy so I changed my mind to pay with card. The woman made a big fuss getting upset cause I said I was paying with cash and gave me such an attitude like it was such a big hassle I want to pay with card. Just shoved my stuff into the bag and scoffed as she handed it to me. Such bad customer service over nothing.
