48 Buy at this store for the quality and excellent prices when there is a promotion.
I loved it. It has bed, table and bath products, and electronics.
The Shop Assistant (after seeing the item on my phone from Myer website) sold me the wrong item, and when trying to contact the store via phone once home, no one ever, I mean EVER, picked up the phone. I tried to get assistance from Myer online as I needed help to be connected to the store - no one answered at Myer Bondi or I got disconnected several times. I emailed to ask for someone to call me back - but there was no reply.
Everything I bought here broke. Several purchased did not register on the loyalty program (despite assurances from staff that they would) and despite saying that they would match competitors pricing they did not honour their commitment. Waste of money and time.
For a Monday morning a bit understaffed. Took me a while to find someone to help me with the jeans. The size of Levi's jeans I wanted and they have in store wasn't in their system though, so it took a while until they figured that out. Then there were no bags at check out that could fit 2 jeans, so it took a while until they figured that out too. I guess there's always room for improvement. Overall friendly and helpful staff, but it took 3 times longer than necessary.
Absolutely the worst customer service, there was no one at the fitting rooms to assist. (no one to help with sizes) And then once I purchased the item, they squeezed the garment in a tiny bag.

I've observed this store over the past couple of weeks and unfortunately I have to say they need alot of improvements in the amount of staff they have working there. The minimal amount of staff that I observed where extremely helpful and had full of knowledge with product selling skills and massive amount of professionalism. The upkeep with the stores presentation is amazing. The only down side to my observation was the lack of staff.
I visited Bondi Junction Myer on the weekend and they seemed incredibly understaffed. I was hoping to exchange an item for a different size, and it was such a painful experience. I was firstly directed up the the Myer Hub on the upper levels, where there was a line up of over twenty customers. I tried to be served at a different empty register nearby, but was told that for a refund or exchange, I had to line up. Decided to focus on finding the same item in the correct size instead, and headed down to the Miss Shop area. Pandemonium! The racks were very poorly managed and there were minimal staff around to help. I lined up at the change room, right near the registers of that level, and heard three staff members gossiping! It was a large lineup for the change room too, yet no one received any interaction from these staff members, and we stood
in silence as they loudly gossiped. There was no order to where customers were to leave ill-fitting garments, and every surface in the waiting area was covered in clothes. A staff member entered the area and ignored us all, yelling to a colleague that he ‘better not make her clean this mess’. Was a really poor experience. Expected more from Myer.
Good place to shop for clothes and kitchen accessories and appliances. Sometimes I am lucky enough to shop there during stocktake sale.
Very rude customer service at the shoe section. I tried to return a pair of slip in sandals that was too loose to wear. They shown no understanding and told me very rudely that 'they won't do it' and made me feel like they think I'm lyng about having worn it. I understand the policies but would've expected much better customer treatment at a high end store such as Myer.
Modern store with all the latest styles and brands, they even have high end brands. Pleasent to shop there.
A Myer in Bondi. One of the better Myers out there. There seems to be more of a selection here than the other Myer stores. If you need more selection you have to go to the city store.
Staff here are friendly and the store is well laid out and not too hard to find things.
Prices here can be quite reasonable. I prefer this store to the city as I can park in the Westfield for free as long as it is a visit under two hours.

ordered online over 4 days ago an still no delivery - tried to ring the Myer store in Bondi to purchase inshore as need shoes for an event tomorrow and despite trying all extension numbers NO ONE ANSWERS! Resulting in more frustration. Terrible

Myer has never disappointed me. They go extra mile to help their customers. Believe me when I say it because I've been shopping in their Bondi Store for more than 11 years now.
I would like to specially thank Lorna for her out of this world customer service. This lady knows how to think outside the box to deliver an outstanding curstomer service. You guys should give this lady a promotion. I had two different membership number and all my purchases reward were going to somewhere else. Finally got it resolved and also got to get a vacuum from another Myer store delivered to my house. Thank you Lorna. You are an enthusiastic young lady with very good manners.)
Elizabeth Arden Counter was my destination for their Lip Fix product which not only moisturises but primes the lips (before applying lip colour) and stops colour "bleed" into lines around the mouth. As there is a promotion.gift with purchase, containing a generous amount of Ceramide Capsules. I added a Ceremide Skin Replenishing Essence to my bag. The EA representative was very helpful, good product knowledge and understanding of my budget at the time.
Okay but overstocked. Running out of space to store the stuff that people now get from other sources
Nice and Well Place shop with good proportions and displays. There are lots of different departments and in the recent years I found that they do have more specials & sales going on and. In fact while for most items they do not stop the same things as cheaper stores such as Target or Kmart, in some places such as toys the prices are becoming more similar, and most of the time they met whatever price is going on at the other stores
Staff Members standing behind Registers/Counters and either on their mobile phone or having a conversation between themselves
It’s a good store with a large range of products but needs to improve their customer service. They are often understaffed and the few employees they do have couldn’t care less about their customers.
Lately they've been having great sales. Also great change rooms with lots of mirrors. Very important.
Just keep the new stock coming and I can probably speak for a lot of people and say well keep coming back!
