Recently changed two tyres, one of them cracked within 30 days. I have got a replacement tyre even though it's been more than 30 day by the time I booked appointment. Service and support are very good and excellent.

However, Customer care approved to use 30 days tyre satisfaction, but store denied which is unusual. It could have been handled properly as I came to mycar for Tyre CARE. Also, felt lack of communication.

But over all, good

First time using mycar at kellyville and I had A1 customer service. Mark was a pleasure to deal with, went above and beyond to make sure we got a good deal on new tyres and helped out with other issues.
Will definitely return for further services and any car issues that may arise.

Mark at Mycar Kellyville went above and beyond to help me secure a tyre that everyone else couldn’t source. He did something which others failed to do, which is follow up regarding my request and call me back.

I had to leave my car at Mycar Kellyville as an emergency with no booking. Matt was so helpful, he was obviously so tired from busy Christmas period but he managed to fit my car in, working late, kept me informed and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I wish to thank Matt and his delightful manager I met on pick up.i will be a regular to this garage from now on!

If I could give 10 stars to Mark at MyCar Kellyville I would! I rang him for a last-minute, same day pink slip inspection and Mark fit me in ASAP because he could hear how desperate I was. Could not recommend these guys higher - bloody brilliant service!

Great service, I have been coming here for many years, staffs are very friendly and busy but happy with the good price and service.

I came to ask about my car randomly dies, but the guy there quoted me a hugh amount without seeing and checking the car, they base on their own theory. Not good experienced

Mark a great man of his word, he gives you great advise and is straightforward. They have plenty of parking and are next to a mall so you could grab something to eat and shop while you fix your stuff.

Communication was great, staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Specifically Mark is always willing to give advice. Kellyville mycar staff has a feeling of “part of the family” vibe and I have not had a bad experience from this mycar in the last 5 years that I have been taking my vehicles for tyres, service or repairs. Thank you as it is piece of mind that I am that lucky to have found such fantastic service.
