Never have I been spoken to with such disrespect. Rung up to book in to get my break light switch replaced and installed correctly. I was told ‘I’m not interested in doing that job’.
And that was the conversation over with.

I had someone ring back not long after on my behalf (male) and he was told a different story that he would need to see an auto electrician.

The disrespect and rudeness from staff towards women is disgusting. Not sure why staff member could not tell me himself I needed to see an auto electrician.

Have been taking our family cars to kmart auto (now my car) at Gorokan for over 20 years without an issue until the new store manager started. Drop into shop to book car in for service, manager not there, no worries, left message with car details and my number for manager to ring me to book it in. Two days later still hadn't received a call back so rang store. Manager was very rude and was complaing to me that staff had been off sick and he hadn't been near the phone and that's why he didn't ring back. When car went in for service, manager was also rude. Had another car in since that car, and again the manager was so rude and spoke down to me like I was an idiot. I feel sorry for the guys who work there having to put up with that rude man as a boss.

Initially I brought my car here for a service and full check over as I had just bought the car and knew of some leaks and other problems, everything cost me just over $2,000. When I went to pick it up they told me that my lights were in-op and to go to an auto electrician asap; it was just a broken and missing fuse. Got home and could see in the bonnet that there was some oil on the engine splash shield (didn’t think much of it). Took it back this past Saturday to get my brakes checked, over the phone the bloke told me that I have a massive oil leak, my rocket cover gaskets had to be replaced and that my car was unsafe to drive. I told him that all the leaks should’ve been fixed when I brought it in about 2 months ago and it cost me over $2,000. He ignored that and told me I could either leave my car there or pick it up, I went in to pick it up and he told me that it wasn’t my rockets any more but it was too wet to see where the leak was coming from and said to bring it back that Monday. I again mentioned bringing it in a couple months ago and suggested that maybe the oil had been spilt and not cleaned up the first time, he denied it saying that it wouldn’t still be there. There was also oil on my brake lines and pads (reason I was having issues). Took my car to TyreRight today and they confirmed that oil had been spilt and not cleaned up from MyCar. They degreased everything and didn’t charge me. The only leak I had was the power steering fluid. 10/10 do not recommend MyCar

Amazing customer service on pick up! Had a minor tyre repair done free of charge and recommended what I need at a reasonable price!

Called to get some service records sent to me for a car because they haven't been noting their services on the car's logbook and was refused because they have the old owner's details, offered to send them rego papers proving that the car was mine but the guy said I have to bring the car and I live in Sydney. What could I possibly do with a service invoice that is so confidential. Please get this fixed asap

Had a registration inspection. Was attended by Jordan, who was friendly & professional.
I've been going to My Car for years. Never had a problem with this company, & will keep going back.

A few weeks ago I was concerned that my oil light was on. I popped in and was greeted by Jordan, who attended to my needs promptly. He attended to my oil issue and got me back on the road all in under 5 minutes. Very efficient and friendly. Highly recommend for all of your service needs!

Amazing service. The website recommended the wrong tyre. Mycar made sure to collect an alternative from another store, and then waved the extra cost. And it was all handled within the chosen time! The tyre warranty and puncture insurance was a surprise bonus. Couldnt be happier with the service and i wouldnt go anywhere else now.

I’ve had squeaky rear windshield wiper for years and it’s finally fixed! Really good service and experience I had here. Raised the issue to VW during my inspections and they never fixed for me.

Such good guys! They were open on the weekend at super short notice when our tyre had a nail in it, fixed it on the spot & quickly, and checked over the other tyres. Can’t recommend them enough, legends
