Nick and the team at Nelson Bay MyCar were fantastic. Within a short turnaround, they assessed the problem, ordered parts and carried out necessary repairs. The car is running smoothly once again. Had a slight issue with my car this week and took it down to My Car at Salamander Bay. The team was very helpful and were able to be accommodating at such short notice. They completed the work in no time at all it seemed and I was getting a phone call to pick the car up. To my surprise they didn’t charge me at all!

At first I was a bit sceptical of going to a chain mechanic but the boys at my car salamander bay really go above and beyond! Unfortunately I have had to visit them multiple times in the last month but every time nothing was too much. Called me every step of the way for a recent problem and best was halved their original quote! Couldn’t be happier! Cheers boys!
