If you have ndis I’m sure you wouldn’t notice how much money they make you pay for absolutely no therapy but if you’re paying out of pocket don’t waste your money.

If you plan on improving your child's wellbeing do not attend this center. They are focused on profit rather than providing any sort of care for clients. My son had been attending for a year, after multiple assessments and over $1000 spent no facilitation or any sort of speech therapy provided. The final straw was there was error with booking time, for which we were charged. Rather than speaking to us like professionals about this issue, they decided to refer us to debt collector. We have since sought care from another provider and my son is now being treated (within 3 weeks of our first visit.)
From the moment I made contact to make an inquiry if my word could help my daughter, they were supportive, friendly, and passionate about getting her the early intervention that she needed. The whole team is very knowledgeable and work alongside other allied health services to give you the best care and opportunities for your child. I found the staff very bubbly and engaging both with myself and my daughter. She loves going to her sessions each week. I’ve come away feeling more confident and empowered that we are helping to give our daughter the tools that she needs to succeed with a plan that My Word has mapped out. It has been wonderful to have access to a team that is so passionate about what they do. Thank you!
Maegan, Maddy and the team are wonderful. I work in a similar organisation and they helped us look after the families we work for. Also, they have really switched-on occupational therapists who were a big help to us in the families we work for. We know of no other speech therapists in Australia who have the same level of care for looking after families, and who work so hard to move through their waitlist quickly so kids get what they need.
