My Wicker Outdoor Furniture

It's very rare today to receive 'great customer service' when ordering furniture online. Thanks to Simon at Mr Wicker, my recent purchase of a new outdoor furniture setting (lovely square table and four chairs in classic grey/ hazelnut) ran seamlessly. Communication was excellent from the start! Simon's high level experience in this product area is outstanding. Thank you for delivering a service beyond our expectations.

Excellent chairs, and solid timber outdoor table! Acacia timber seems very solid. Simon was fantastic to deal with - he gave us a good package price and he was even able to deliver the items himself so that we could get the items earlier:) thanks Simon!

Purchased 4 years ago, for $1500 inc.delivery.
The wicker on the arms and some other parts are splitting.
Hardly ever used, kept under cover, with the optional full vinyl cover, purchased from "My Wicker"
We have other wicker furniture, from other suppliers that have lasted for over 10 years without any issues.

We bought the Veltis 9-Piece With Ponte Chairs and love this setting, family & friends love the table and how comfortable the chairs are. Great quality and great price. Thanks Simon for the great communication and post sales chat. The delivery & installation guys were great too.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. We purchased the Seven Ways Modular Outdoor Furniture Setting a couple of years ago and then bought the Norwich 9-piece Dining Setting with Gartemobe chairs and the Acacia Wood. We purchased the box to store the cushions and covers for both settings. We have been delighted with the settings, which still look new after lots of use! Simon is so efficient and professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending this excellent company. Well done!
