I have been bringing my dogs to My Vet for a couple of years now, and I am always happy with the service. Everyone is super friendly, and you can tell they have so much love and knowledge. Harley and Vincent love you guys!

I took in my cat Mr. Snuggles and the staff there was so friendly and helpful, especially nurse Bao. Would highly recommend you visit them for the best service.

I believe that every "parent" who sees a doctor for a pet has already regarded the pet as part of their family. The professional level of doctors is very important for a hospital. But I doubt Dr. Venessa's professional level. "Misdiagnosis". My pet is checked (Genital warts) at My vet hospital on November 21,2022 and wants to use medicine to treat Genital warts. During the consultation, Dr. Venessa first checked my pet's physical condition. After checking my pet's legs, he said that there was something wrong with my pet's left hind leg and suggested X-rays. Through usual observations, I don’t think there is any problem with my pet’s left hind leg, and I asked Doctor Venessa to Check Again the pet’s hind leg, but Venessa refused us, which made me very angry, and the consultation fee we paid was 30 -60 mins ($120) only checked us for 15-30 mins that day, I see no reason for her to say no to my need to have the left hind leg re-examined, and say there is (absolutely) something wrong with your pet, which mean is, I don't need check again, the result is it definitely have some issue at left hind leg. As parents we were very worried and took my pet to another Vet for a check-up the next day, and it turned out that there was no problem! But as parents we were very concerned about ordering an x-ray to see if our pet had left hind leg problems and while we waited we were very anxious about my pet dog not being able to run at the dog park in the future. An X-ray at Myvet hospital costs $1100. I seriously suspect that Myvet hospital wants to defraud me of my money.
We made an appointment with an emergency department 200km away from our home, and the test results showed no problems.
Then we found Myvet hospital and hoped that Venessa would apologize to us, but Venessa said that I didn't say "Definitely", she was said Maybe have some issue. But my girlfriend and I could clearly hear Definitely, otherwise we wouldn't To make an X-ray appointment, I will only go to another hospital to re-examine whether there is any problem with Sunny's left rear leg.
I want to say that all the doctors in Myvet hospital have medical qualification certificates. Use definitely for the diagnosis of pet patients.

Best experience ever!

If you love your pet then this is definitely the vet to bring it to!

They treat your pet like it's their own and you can see the pride and passion they have in their work. From the moment I called to book I felt confident to take my dog there. When I walked in all staff present were very welcoming, happy, and very professional.

I took buboy (my little Jack Russell terrier) there when he was sick as I had a bad experience with my last vet making my dog worse and Cherlene and her staff booked me in straight away to help buboy. Cherlene and her staff are very knowledgeable and experienced, she narrowed the issue down pretty quickly and helped buboy get back to his crazy self. Cherlene even stayed back after hours for me one day as buboy could not open his left eye due to sand being stuck in there from the beach, she washed it all out and gave me the cream to use.

I can't thank you enough My Vet keep up the great work:)

I felt really bad last experience in myvet animal hospital. I always came to this hospital before for my pets, and I felt all good about past experience. But this time, I feel so angry about their mis diagnosis, but the vet refused to acknowledge her saying.

About 3-4 weeks ago, I came to my vet animal hospital to check my dog's warts. And doc Venessa did regular check for my dog. She checked my dog's right hip first, and then check left hip. And she told me my dog may have hip issue and asked me to do x rate for my dog (the estimated price is $1100 for checking hip). And at the end of consultation, I asked her to check my dog's hip again, cuz I think it may because my dog was inpatient and reacted in this way. Doc Venessa rejected my requirement, and said "definitely he has hip issue. ". Please pay attention, she said "DEFINITELY! " Since my dog is nearly 1 years old, and it is too old for him to do surgery, which means that once my dog has hip issue, he needs to rely on medical treating for his whole life. And I feel really sad and worried about my puppy's hip. 2 days later, I came to the other animal hospital since my puppy had diarrhea, and I asked the other vet to check my dog's hip. And my puppy's reaction was normal. But I still worried about his hip, and I came to the emergency animal hospital to do the x rate as deep checking. HOWEVER, the result is NORMAL!

So I complained to my vet animal hospital, and they replied me quickly. I tried to conclude the conversation between me and my vet animal hospital.

Firstly, my vet team demonstrates that "my puppy may still have hip issue when he is old, cuz the normal x rate is not deep checking, and I need to do the more specialized x rate for my dog. " And they also apologize for my bad experience in my vet. And they investigate from doc Venessa and she said she did not say "definitely". Depending on the medical report, doc Venessa wrote "my dog may have hip issue". Hence, my complain is not successful. But they still can give me nail cutting and 3 months NexGard Spectra. Meanwhile, they mentioned that the doctor treat my dog's warts, and cannot fully refund fully consultation fee.

However, I can swear that both me and my boyfriend heard she say "definitely". I know vets are quite busy everyday, but for customer, we only came to hospital when our pet is sick. So I will try my best to remember what doctor said during conversation. Now, the only thing I want is doc Venessa's apologize. And I hope you can take responsibilities about what you said to customers. Each words, each sentence you say are really important for each pet's owner. PLEASE PLEASE be careful about what you say.

Now my complain is still processing by myvet team, but I cannot wait anymore. I hope my vet animal hospital can reply to me and give me response as soon as possible. There is no need for me to refund the consultation fee, no need for nail cutting, no need for spectra. The only thing I want is seriously apologize from doc Venessa. Hope she can think about what she said during the consultation and take responsibility for each customers. We do love our pet, and what you say is really important for us.

If there is no apologize from doc Venessa, there is no need for my vet team to call me back or support me better compensation, which is useless. I DO NEED APOLOGIZE FROM Doc Venessa! Thank you.

Customer service is wonderful, whether it’s the vets, nurses, or receptionists. We moved away from the area but still keep My Vet as our vet as we’re happy with how they practise

Honestly the best vet. Every staff member is so friendly and caring, always remember our pup and what’s going on with him. Flexible with appointments, affordable and we the app- being able to ask questions, change appointments etc.is so convenient. Wouldn’t go anywhere else ️

Cherlene and the team at my Vet have been absolutely wonderful in the care and attention given to our family puppy. She treats our dog as if he were a member of her own family and takes the time to know her patients and their individual health needs. I won't trust anyone else with the healthcare of my dog.

Super friendly staff and professional Vet. My baby Otis is nervous for unfamiliar environments especially at vet but myvet provides the calming environment makes him relax and even felt asleep during consultation. We took our pup for his first vet visit (and second vaccination) and had a wonderful experience.

As this is my son’s first pet, the vet took much time and consideration in speaking to him and giving good advice to ensure proper care of the pup.

This is by far the best Veterinary clinic I have been to. All the staff are super friendly and love animals. They interact with everyone and don't just have you in and out of the room, the Dr's take their time for you to understand your animal and address any concerns or questions you may have. Definitely recommend bringing your family member here!

I have been to the other vet before, but the symptoms of my cat didn’t get alleviated. Then I approached to My Vet, the service was great and the vet is professional. Only one day after taking the medicine, my cat turned much more better. I will highly recommend them.
