Brendan and the My Timber team were wonderful. Brendan's expertise is excellent and assisted us in the appropriate selection and installation of our laminate floor. The whole process was done very professionally and smoothly. We were very pleased with the high quality of flooring that was laid. Highly recommended.

Brendan is very knowledgeable. Gave us good advice on how to improve the structure of our sub flooring and the levelling. Pricing very competitive.

The team from My Timber has done a fantastic job on our flooring. From the beginning Brendan has always given good honest advice as to the best product to suit our needs. The installation team did a beautiful job, firstly levelling the floor properly, then lining up the planks and creating finishes that take the finished look to the next level.

Good showroom advice and prompt measure and supply when needed. Unfortunately, the floor layer did not do a good job, had to come back as doors couldn't close and floor still not level after install. Disappointed!

Amazing! We ordered floors here when we were visiting friends up the coast a few months ago - Brendan blew me away with his knowledge and attention to detail. There were some delays but this was due to Covid 19 and even when I was frustrated by this the guys at My Timber were understanding and put up with my ranting. We will use MyTimber for all of our flooring needs in future. You can tell that these guys actually lay floors themselves this is the difference to many other showrooms.

We were so pleased with the overall experience of using MyTimber. They provided the engineered timber flooring for our new build and it has turned out beautifully. So much time was spent figuring out what our needs were to ensure we were getting the best possible product for our home. So in love with our new floors they are stunning and Brendan bent over backwards to make the timber herringbone floors work in our house. Jared did an amazing job of prepping our floors and levelling them before he laid the herringbone pattern so it is absolutely perfect.
