What a joke, the sales guy was more interested in his hairstyle and his iPhone tracklist playing Asian music than assisting with my enquiry, I will not be coming here again.

Charged for two tons of sand but only delivered 1 ton. Called office and the girl there was really rude and unprofessional and sounded like I was lying and told me I was the only person making such enquiry. It was finally resolved by physically going to the office and checking the camera. And one of the elder staff did apologize for the mistake they made. Everyone makes mistakes, but the way you treat it can make huge difference. Better to train your staff how to deal with customer next time!
