Extremely disappointed. The property agent was so harsh and tough when it comes to maintenance requests during my leasing time and in the end of lease exaggerated the amounts and took lot of money for the sake of cleaning and repairs. I don't want to call out the name here but I hope in my property consultant management team someone will take care of this attitude, as my on boarding experience was good but that was with someone else from their team.

She is genuine and reliable person that I would recommend to anyone!
Meryl was very knowledgeable of the market in our suburb and how much the property was worth. She gave us a figure that she was going to get for our property and she achieved it even in a declining market. When contracts of sale fell through, Meryl had new prospective buyers by the next day ready to show them through. She was contactable at any time of the day or night to give us information or to answer our questions. She is genuine and reliable person that I would recommend to anyone.

If we could give a zero star we would. Long story short. Our families 2million dollar home was leased out through these guy's. And in return we ended up losing 10k plus in rent around 50k to 100k worth in damages which nrma seems to think 5k is good enough to fix. Do not lease your investment property with these people. They don't care about your property, all they care about is making sure there pockets are full.

Absolutely percent can't go wrong renting through these guys have been in the house for 3yrs and they are on top off everything.
