Extremely bad services no communication between the managers and the employees. Extremely sketchy contracts. Just do not trust the good reviews must likely all employees. PLEASE READ CONTRACTS BEFORE SIGNING.

Very bad service.
Property was given in a poor state and was expected to be left in an immaculate state. MPI tried pinning us for things that weren't damaged by us as tenants plus they charged us $800 in cleaning fees when we left the premises tidier than what we received it. Cockroach infested and nothing was done plus the AC broke and never got repaired during our tenancy.
Louis St GRANVILLE property. Be aware renting/buying this property.
