My Modern Fresh Tea & Yogurt

Did not get to order any tea as the staff member was on the phone for atleast five minutes while staring right at me and my partner. She did not say if the store was closed (we came at 5ish) or acknowledge us apart from staring right at us - which we gound very rude and uncomfortable. We walked past again later because we really wanted tea; but we noticed she was doing the exact same thing to two other customers about half an hour later. Staff should not treat customers like this - we just really wanted to have some tea unfortunately

I always ordered brown sugar milk tea because it's just easy to make and it's my favourite. The pearls in my milk tea were not cooked well and so hard in the middle part. I can't barely chew it.
It tastes really good but I never enjoyed spitting out all the pearls. In short, I didn't enjoy my happiness. At first I thought maybe just few were uncooked but all of them. I'm not satisfied really and I hope you won't do it to your other customers. Sorry for this review. I am just being honest.

The staff was very friendly. But, the thing you are actually paying for is HORRIBLE! I ordered a Lychee Olong and it had no lychee flavour AT ALL! It tasted like milk.
I don't recomend at all!

The fruit tea is amazing! I love orange and mango fruit tea! The staffs are very friendly, I will go there all the time.

The bubble tea taste is good and the service feels comfortable，give me good recomandations
