My Kinesiology

I heard of kinesiology through a interstate family member that had had help from a kinesiologist working through a depressive state. After seeing first hand what a wonderful impact kinesiology had on them, I decided to try it out to help me manage my work related stress. I found Emily through a google search for Kinesiologists in my area, and my goodness, I am so happy I did!
Emily is an incredibly kind and gentle person. She has a very calming nature and is very professional in the work she does. She is completely nonjudgmental, and creates a very safe space for honestly and vulnerability. Emily has helped me through numerous personal problems and bumpy times over the past year, which has had such an incredible and positive impact on my life.
I honestly could not recommend her highly enough, to anyone, for any issue you may need some help working through. Even if you don’t have a big problem or issue at hand and want to try it out, Emily can help you work through past trauma that your body may be holding onto.
If you are new to kinesiology, I try explain it to my friends as the best cross between a counseling/massage/spiritual healing session, minus the awkwardness, in a professional and comfortable setting.
