I live in the UK, and have been buying their Bella earrings for a few years now. They make good presents for friends and family, and I am in the process of collecting all the colours)

Sometimes, I get very frustrated because the colours I want (usually in the bigger sizes) are always out of stock. However, I have no complaints at all regarding the speed of delivery and the courier they use to deliver their products. They always arrive very quickly.

On some occasions, the earrings will take longer to arrive in the UK as they are shipped from Australia. When this happens, the Seller always take the initiative to explain to me by email about the longer time it would take for my items to arrive, as the goods need to go through customs clearance etc.

Overall, I am very happy with the quality of their products and their customer service.

My husband bought me a necklace with my children’s names on them for Christmas, wore like 5 times (only for the day, never wore in the shower etc) and it has discoloured. Very poor quality. Tried to contact customer service and they gave a script about how your perfume etc can affect it so basically the email was a “too bad so sad”. Lovisa jewellery lasts longer than these. What a shame

My order arrived today and I couldn't be more thrilled- between the super speedy postage and the quality of my gorgeous earrings, I'm absolutely over the moon!

This place sells the most beautiful earrings and it’s reasonably priced. My daughter and I have bought 6 pairs from the Bella Collection. It’s looks stunning and true to the colour displayed in the photo. I love love love these earrings and always get comments. It looks very expensive. Everyone keeps asking me where I bought them.

I recently received some gorgeous earrings as a gift from a friend and unfortunately I already had the exact same pair. I notified MYJS and they were very helpful and allowed me to exchange them. They were extremely understanding and provided every assistance. Their customer service has been excellent and I would thoroughly recommend their beautiful products.

If I could give a zero star I would. Terrible communication. Rude responses. I Ordered a personalised necklace that I had to contact the store to try and locate, obviously a very important order, only to finally receive my parcel with no necklace. I don’t know who is in charge of running this business but they are doing a horrible job. Wish I read these reviews before wasting my time. Now I see that there are so many other businesses offering this service I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere.

I ordered a personalised name necklace for a gift and it is stunning. Arrived in about four weeks with no issues at all. Will definitely order again:)

Was so excited, but ended up terribly disappointed by the products. I ordered 2 bracelets, one came with a broken clasp, which I had to contact MYJS to send back and replace, which was totally inconvenient, and then the clasp of the new bracelet broke the very first time I wore it.
I was just wearing it out to lunch, so nothing extreme. Very disappointed by the quality, and wish the company would do something about this poor experience as I received 2 faulty products now.

Love this brand, the jewellery has lasted longer then some jewellery store pieces (like the ones you get from prouds or goldmark), I am very happy with their service in the below areas
= customer service, I've had no problem getting a response via email or on social media messanger.
= product, both necklaces are small and delecate looks so nice, cannot wait for my next order to get here.
= product longevity, so far I've had the two necklaces for a couple of months and they have not broken, discoloured or rusted in any way, if you take care of your jewellery you will get more wear out of it.

Great necklace! My mum loved it. It does look much bigger in person. I got the Personalised Single Family Circles Necklace in Sterling Silver Rhodium Plated. The personalisation looks great but it is smaller than the pictures. The postage time was not clear. Great quality though.

Delivery was extremely quick, got the email and the next day my purchase was in my mailbox. Ordered the princess wishbone ring in rose gold and they sent it in a cute velvet bag and even included a ring size finder. Happy with my purchase:)
