My Clarence Valley Visitor Information Centre reviews
8Friendly and have a lot of information you need, visit here before you start to explore this beautiful town.
Gone are the days when Visitor Info staff were involved themselves in local groups and actually knew what local events were happening in their town. Unless its on a computer screen, the staff these days havent a clue. I too can use the internet and had questions not clear online. I could not find out about the so called Open gardens advertised for the Jacaranda Festival. Apparently there were none, (we found out the hard way by driving around). This years Jacca was a disappointing trip for our group of keen gardeners.
Due to your ongoing information and friendly advice we visited Grafton during the Jacaranda Festival and had a wonderful time. Thank you so much.
I enquired to the cleaning staff and they answered all my questions and even showed me where the menu was for the select of food items available but unfortunately it has limited days and times to dine in but the art classes offered ranged from school age to adults
Moved from my last visit a few years back and downsized a fair bit. Got there just before closing after having gone to the old building but bought some lovely honey and local products. Would have loved to visit the gallery that is behind it. Next time.
Interesting little gallery. Enjoyed the local artists' exhibits. Some very talented artists. Cafe available but we didn't try it.
The Gallery has just had a renovation and with a Cafe added, you can browse the gallery exhibit then enjoy a cuppa and a snack
Extremely helpful staff who helped me plan a walk from Woolgoolga to Yamba. I could not work it out online but the very helpful woman at this office had it all in her head and gave me appropriate maps and contact details. Brilliant.
