Great service, friendly smile. Hand wash and a machine wash + hand dry for $20, amazing value!

Pretty average car wash. Change machine doesn't accept 50's, far right bay drips product on your car, bins are usually overflowing, not very tidy and wash bays are often left messy. $1/min. In saying that, never had any dramas.

Used the automatic car wash which damaged our car. Owner is refusing to help us or pay for any damages.
We paid for the top wash too and our car wasn’t even cleaned properly. We left with a damaged, dirty car, broken side rails and roof racks. An absolute disaster. They didn’t even offer to refund the cost of the wash.

Our car was badly damaged by the automatic car wash and the owner has refused to pay for the damages. We had to frantically beep the horn to get the technician to stop the machine. Our wash was not finished and we were not even refunded for the cost of the wash. Absolutely appalled by the way they run their business. I have been nothing but kind and understanding but they have refused to help me rectify the issue. I would strongly recommend avoiding this car wash.

Got charged $5 extra after waiting half an hour in line because my car was "dirty". I know it is - that's why I came to the car wash. Won't be coming back.

I dont know or understand why you are sorry to hear that. I gave you a 5 star rating. I love your car wash. I never said anything at all. Let alone anything negative. I am quite confused as to your response.

Paid for top wash but hot wax didn't get dispersed during the wash.
Management blamed the machine.

I wouldn't go back there again after they broke my aerial for the second time, you pay for the top wash and get a very poor job indeed, I now get a pensioner up the road from me who does a much better job and he details it all for a $100

It was my first time there and I was very happy with the service I received it was awesome, my car looks fantastic

Not sure what’s going there. Had 23.00 job, smears on all glass where the chamois went, left the bay after, it seemed like 1 minute, with water spots everywhere. Used to be a good wash. Something isn’t right.

A place that runs on coins and you can't get change from the change machine or in the store. You would think that management would ensure this is full at all times, but more often than not this is the case

High pressure gun in bay 2 had the same pressure as a garden hose. Totally ineffective. Bay 1 not much better.

I usually go here to wash my car as the others in town get congested. This one has plenty of space and facilities. One of the vacuums didn't work when I was here last time.

Washed my car out Sth Nowra yesterday was left with white scuff marks over it! 2nd wash in 2 days this wash did the job

Awesome place to come and wash my car every weekend. I love the self service wash as I can do a quick or thorough wash depending on what my car needs, much quicker and more water efficient than if I were to wash my car at home.

The car wash was great but unfortunately they left my aerial behind I've tried to call them but they don't answer

Do it yourself fast and best value, friendly helpful staff and good quality equipment, well maintained worthwhile.

Handy its has dog wash too. Although it needs a service, hair dryer isn't strong on high and cold air. Drain was blocked too. Always clean, staff busy

Somehow the car is dirtier coming out than it was going in.

*Self service NOT automatic. Automatic may be better, but I'm not willing to find out.

***just to reiterate for Mike, NOT the Automatic wash. The self service. I'm not sure what complimentary things your talking about, I wish I'd have known.
