Had a fantastic experience with Natasha. So knowledgable and had excellent communication the whole way. Was a long wait but finally have the car and very pleased:)

Quick to take your money then will never answer your calls back when trying to chase up your car. No communication over the 12 months we had to wait then when it arrived was the only time we received a phone call and got hassled to come pick it up. We decided to cancel our order due to poor customer service and even though we never signed a contract it took 3 weeks of non stop ringing to get our deposit back. Will never buy a car from wide land motor group again and will never think about Toyota ever again. Recommend to travel and look somewhere else when a new car.

Treat their staff absolutely terribly. Trainees are expected to know everything and are abused for asking questions or needing help due to lack of training. Have a tendency to push apprentices around and then fire them when they try to defend themselves.

Brilliant staff and service. Managed to fit us in for some emergency maintenance at the drop of a hat even when fully booked. Very grateful for their help and the staff were very friendly.

Very terrible experience, had my car booked in for brakes. Service guy rang me numerous times about the same question. All I asked for was brake pads. Took 3 days and had to wait for rotors, brakes are very spongy and handbrake isn’t adjusted correctly. Told them I was on night shift and to call when it was ready. And took them an hour. Won’t be taking my car here again.

Terrible experience. Unprofessionalism is the apt word. I recently purchased a Toyota RAV4 front his dealer. The dealer hasn't provided me with log book, extra pair of keys, and the boot holder. The sales person mentioned that he will get back with these in 1 or 2 days. Its been more than a week now and the dealer does not respond to calls neither calls back. The sales person mentioned that the car has been services upto date however when checked on the Toyota application the service has been missed.

Misleading and Unfair sales practise is what this dealer does. Im now writing to fair trading to take action.

Please do not buy any cars from this Toyota.they cheat even loyal customers. Only sales and no service once the car is sold that's it mate see u later. They will not pick your call or even bother to respond.don't waste your time thinking it's a Toyota mighty as well buy a car from gum tree atleast you know you paid for what you got.

Great experience with the service department. Dropped a service on them with little notice and they went above and beyond to get it done. Vehicle was returned on time and washed, and when they recognized that they had under quoted they stuck to it. Great job.
