Musturf

Musturf gave us exactly what we were looking for. The team was quick and efficient - top marks for communication. Nathan and his team worked quickly and treated our property with the greatest respect, cleaning up after themselves. Our lawn and garden looks awesome. We are extremely happy with the result. We would highly recommend Musturf.

Ordered 90 square meters of Sir Walter Buffalo up to Newcastle. The Musturf team had excellent customer service. I placed the order late morning on a Wednesday and it arrived early Friday as promised. Turf quality is excellent, could not be any happier with the service. Highly recommend! Thanks Musturf.

Jason said the turf would be fine to install in winter. It was not. It's is all patchy. 60% nice 40% dead. Did everything they said to do.

Also it has nutgrass in it. 50 m2 and I pull/dig out 1-3 shoots a week at the moment. It is always in a clump of grass that is alive.

Not very happy. But the bits that have grown well are nice. Way nicer under tow then any other grass.

I have managed to get new grass to grow on dead bits by spreading clippings from the top of well growing parts over it. Hopefully I will be able get it all looking good by next summer.

Nutgrass kills me.

The service was insanely good. Even though we had to reschedule due to rain the team went above and beyond to assist and keep me informed.
The delivery team were super fast and stress free.
And the results just transform the property to near unrecognisable levels. Couldn't have asked for more.

The price was about the same as all other quotes. Some of the Sir Grange turf which was delivered was of the highest quality, nice and thickly cut, alive and lush.

Delivery was a little delayed (30 minutes) but they provided a 1 hour window which is incredibly small and amazing. The driver was extremely courteous and nice.

The order process was excellent with outstanding levels of communication. The only issue it is not 5 stars is that there were about 3 rolls which were pretty much chuck out quality, and the other 4 rolls or so were of lower quality. Its a shame they all weren't up to the standard of some of the amazing rolls especially considering Sir Grange is a premium range turf.

Great experience, booking was easily organised, turned up on time and the turf was great quality. Even had fertiliser provided complimentary. Very happy and would recommend!

Excellent quality turf and fast delivery. Jason, patrick and even delivery drivers are all very welcoming to assist customers with questions.

Really great experience purchasing turf through Musturf. Online ordering was straight forward and the grass was delivered on time and for a great price. The quality of the turf was far better than previous experiences, the rolls were evenly cut with a decent layer of soil. I ordered just under 100 sq m and the consistency over that area was brilliant. I would happily recommend Musturf in the future.

Very helpful customer service, I emailed a picture of my backyard and was given great advice on what lawn would be best for the area.

Ordered after seeing good reviews here. But but disappointed with the rolls delivered. About 30% were bad/damaged (tiftuf). Very thin layer of soil base. Ohh, that delivery bloke, omg! Hadn't he seen anybody else than a whilte guy. But the Sir Grange was good though (ordered 2 types -front and back yard)

Edit 09/05/21- If its unacceptable you should have checked the quality prior to loading the turf. Not after 5 days its laid. Luckily I managed to cover with some cut pieces and had extra rolls.

I would highly recommend musturf, it's quality turf, nice thick lush rolls, great customer service looks great, very happy with my experience.

The 50 sq metres of Sir Walter was of good quality and delivered on time. The delivery guy put it exactly where I wanted it and offered some good advice re laying. Best price too, thoroughly recommend.

Stay away from this company, grass never grew and after many months it died what a waste of time and money

Needed about three pallets after builders ruined our lawn during renovations. Excellent service from the time I made my first enquiry and very quick delivery. Product quality was very good and much fresher than from a hardware shop.

The guys from Musturf did an incredible job with laying my new lawn. It looks incredible. They were on time, polite and very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend using Musturf!
