We had the privilege of having Gustavo as our DJ, and I can’t put into words how amazing he did! The dance floor was full all night since the very first song played, everyone has been non stop talking about how amazing the night was and how good the music was. Could not have asked for a better result then what we had my fear was having not a lot of people dance but I don’t think there was not even one moment where the dance floor wasn’t full! He blended the Spanish music into it as well to suit both my family and partners. 10/10 absolutely amazing job, would 100% recommend to anyone!

Musiq Entertainment was fantastic - the form was easy to fill in, it was quick and simple to make changes after submitting it and we were provided details on our DJ in a reasonable time frame. I ended up reaching out to Gus the evening before our wedding reception as I hadn't heard from him, but he immediately responded to my text and was across it all once I sent the run sheet through. Gus was lovely and played all our requested songs for the entrances and first dance.etc. Thank you for everything you did for our special day.

DJ Brown Guy was kind and had great personality. DJ Brown Guy played the songs we specified and included some others that we hadn’t thought of that were totally in line with the genres we focused on. The evening went fantastic and we had so many positive comments on the music. It could really not have gone any better! So please pass on our huge thanks to him!

Whilst Musiq’s admin team were good leading up to our wedding, the execution of the DJing on the day was extremely disappointing and disastrous. Firstly, our DJ came almost 45 minutes late to our wedding reception and had not even set anything up. Our guests were confused as to whether or not our DJ was even coming.

He also did not have any of our requested special songs lined up, and played the incorrect versions. We had provided specific links and timestamps to queue songs to Musiq’s admin team, but the DJ said he had no idea about it. This resulted in significant frustration for all parties involved and guests, and made our wedding look poorly organised.

If you book through Musiq and your allocated DJ is “Yash”, do yourself and your wedding planners a favour and ask them to provide another DJ. Very unprofessional, and extremely disappointing experience for a special wedding day.

Hired a DJ from Musiq Entertainment for our wedding. It was great! Our DJ (Matt) was amazing and was very cooperative. He also offered his own expert advice & guidance in certain areas.

Gus was incredible as our DJ and MC. He definitely made sure our night went smoothly! He was so caring towards us and made sure our night was awesome. It was also really wonderful that Gus played every single song we requested, even those from our respective homelands! Made sure my guests were on the dancefloor the entire time! Thank you Gus and Rupert!

Initially, it took weeks for someone to reach out to us about the DJ & MC and we only heard back about 2 weeks before the wedding after multiple attempts on our end and the venue coordinator's end. The actual DJ/MC (JC) only reached out 5 days before the wedding to go through everything after we sent him an email. The DJ/MC was very impatient and appeared rude at times, music was played very loudly at the wrong time. JC was also not very engaging. Very disappointing experience.

Reply to Rupert's comment: We first spoke to the venue coordinator in mid March to request your service but did not hear back until 25th April. We filled in the details form right away on the 25th and the request form was only mentioned in your email on the 27th with no due date specified. We tried to make time to fill it out as it was already less than a month until our wedding, then received an email saying the form was overdue on the 30th April (3 days after we were told about the form).
In JC's email on the 4th of May, he mentioned that he will contact us 1 week prior to our wedding. But we did not hear back from him until my wife sent him an email on 15th May (the Monday right before our wedding) to confirm food options for the reception. We didn't even mention how badly he communicated about the exit archway, all of our guests were confused and it was so awkward for everyone, especially us as the newlyweds standing at the exit.

A massive thanks to Gus for being an amazing and extremely helpful DJ at our wedding! He was so professional, amicable and brought the best energy!

​Really excellent mix of music at our wedding. The DJ used our playlists perfectly. Nothing was played that I didn't want to hear and everyone had the best time. The dancefloor was sweaty, disgusting and dirty. Just what I wanted.

Juan Carlos… you have made our nights perfect. You played every song we wanted. You played them all at the right time. We love that you danced with us. We love that you played a birthday song for Aunty Brenda, and at the last minute. We hope you had just as much fun as we did. Ps: you scrubbed up well mate. Looked sharp.

If we could rate you 12/10 we would! Thanks for making our special day so memorable. James was our DJ and he was fantastic at keeping the vibe going on the dance floor all night long. Everyone commented that it was the best dance floor they have been on at a wedding and it was all because of you guys! Anita was our MC and she was so well spoken and professional, we were so happy to have her as our MC. She has a fun, brilliant energy and made sure the spotlight was always on the bridal party. Our guests commented that she did an amazing job and thought she had a infectious personality. We had the BEST night, thank you so much for doing an incredible job, we couldn’t recommend you more!

Friday night was our wedding night and we had a fantastic time. Justin was our DJ and he did a great job. I could not recommend him enough. Excellent vibes and great music

Our wedding music was DJ'd by Pat @ Musiq and we couldn't be happier. He definitely went above and beyond his brief to ensure we had an amazing time and he certainly got the party started with his set.
Rupert was highly communicative and also went above and beyond. He quickly responded and saved our ceremony when our live wedding singer cancelled last minute with Covid.

ps.we also got some lighting done at the reception by Musiq. All costs were very reasonable.

Gus was honestly the best DJ/MC we could of asked for! He got the music spot on! We got so many compliments regarding the music. I don't think there was a single person sitting down the whole time it was a blast!

We had Musiq Entertainment for a Yr 12 Mother/ Daughter Lunch. They were brilliant, from the moment I first sent an email inquiry to Rupert to the last fabulous song on the dance floor with DJ Pat, It was truly a day we will all remember and I would highly recommend their services.

We dealt with Musiq Entertainment as part of our wedding package at Athol Hall. Caitlin was amazing leading up to the day and was very prompt and helpful with all of our queries.

Anthony who was our DJ on the day was great - he asked all the right questions to make sure the night went the way we wanted (timings and ordering for Greek dancing, requests, etc.). We loved the music and the guests really enjoyed it too!

For our wedding, everyone kept saying that this was the best wedding DJ they've ever seen. They also provided lights for us in the room at a small extra fee - during the dinner it was a nice warm light, but then during dancing it changed colours. Honestly, the music, the atmosphere, and DJ was 10/10 and I would recommend this company to all of my friends. Thanks guys!

We were so happy with Rupert as our wedding DJ. He was a dream to work with and after we gave him a few genres he created the perfect song list, all the guests loved the music and every song was a banger, the dance floor was never empty!
