Musico were a pleasure to deal with. I encountered a few hurdles along the way (with my insurer) but Joe and Alexia went above and beyond. They provided me a hire car to go on holiday (as a courtesy), ensured my repairs remained on track and most of all the exceptional repair work, it made my car look better than brand new!
They even organised my Pink Slip while my car was there.

Couldn’t be more happier with the repair work from Musico Smash Repairs. The quality of the repair was excellent and the team followed through with any queries I had during the process. I have had issues in the past with other smash repairs regarding missing panel clips and aftermarket parts. Past experiences made me more careful this time around and I was recommended Musico from a friend. They really didn’t disappoint at all.

Good experience overall, issue with suppy of parts due to suppy chain issues but they kept me up to date and tried to finish job asap. Workmanship is also excellent

No one even comes close to Musico Smash Repairs in regards to customer service and quality of repairs. They repaired my car to a truly "as new" condition with absolutely no evidence that the car was ever involved in an accident. They really do set the benchmark in the industry and I would not take my vehicles anywhere else.

My Hilux is back to brand new again. Joe and Tony are amazing at what they do to get a job done 110% right from the start.

After being involved in a not at fault accident in June 2020 and being sent to the insurers repairer for months of repairs to come back no where near the condition it was prior to the accident and with every time it was sent back to the insurers repairer the more problems I got it back with.

I spent months arguing with insureance over the noises, the paint work, panels alignment. The pitting, dust, dirt and plastic marks baked into the paint amongst many many other issues I felt like my pride and joy was now rubbish.

Finally insurance agreed to get the car assessed and musico were able to help.

Misdvl is back, she looks absolutely amazing, the paint work is impeccable. The panels are perfect, I have no weird noises coming from her when I brake, turn corners, go over bumps and I dont feel like I'm driving a hazard anymore on the roads.

I know I'm not the most easy customer and I am forever greatful for all the help Joe and Tony have given me over the last year in getting my pride and joy back to a condition it was prior to the accident. The team at musico go above and beyond regular customer service.

Their pricing was affordable and aswell as painting the fuel cap cover, the team buffed out the most annoying scratches from the surrounding panel.
