Always great service. Greg and staff are always friendly and have fit us in whenever we have needed.lovely office staff as well always a friendly face to greet you.

I can’t recommend this business highly enough. From drop off to pick up I find the staff honest, consultative and costs are very reasonable.

Had an exhaust section made up at Murwillumbah Exhaust and Service.
Dave was very helpful and had the job done next day. It fitted perfectly and was identical to the sample provided.
They service and repair all types of vehicles and do rego inspections.
Helpful and friendly people, but often busy so be sure to call and book in early.

They get the job done but some services are questionable, i feel like they "fix up" things that were fine. And well i found it to be a little overpriced for the services i had done to my car.

The owner is rude, aggressive and short tempered. He upset me when I was mentally fragile. I only wanted to ask a technical question the the lovely receptionist could not answer (she has since left the buisiness). He was rude to sister when she took her car there. He unnecessarily thrashes the customers cars when moving from the parking spots to the workshop and almost ran me over in the process. They lost my families business. Go and see Lucky at Murwillumbah Mechanical Services for better service.

Terrible customer service
I spent over $2,000 at this mechanic and waited over a month for a simple issue.
I keep getting terrible communication and spoken to poorly by the receptionist.
They don’t have enough loyal or qualified mechanics basically just 1 man who also does not know how to treat this customers.

I am absolutely appalled

This guy just welding bits of metal onto my exhaust and charged me a full replacement that never happened car is a Nissan Navara

I never write negative reviews especially for local businesses but after 2x poor experiences with murwillumbah exhaust I'm pretty fed up. Both times (different cars) work has been done and the car has broken down or the same issue has come back up literally the following day. As other reviewers have said no apologies or offers to fix the problems they overlooked were made and I was charged for work that was unnecessary. Will not be taking cars here again and will be discouraging others from doing so.

Great service as always. Dropped everything and fixed my van as I needed it for work. Busy workshop so obviously they have a great reputation and repeat customers. I am now one of them. Negative reviewers are most likely other competitors, work shops or fools that expect them to turn a 20 year old Subaru into a Rolls Royce.

Very fast efficient work. They do know that they are doing, a quality that is rare these days very helpful attentive staff cannot fault them in any way
