I explained to them we have a narrow bathroom and what was scaring me about the current trend of tiles being installed and the owner was very very helpful. Him being an ex tiler her explained lots to me and changed my mind about the idea i had and i never regret it. So Thank you for the best advice. Only one thing is i could not get the grout and edges but that is very little compared to the help i got.and best of all Wife was happy:)

Awful customer service I would not recommend.
The products are overpriced and the sale guy did not seem to care about customers needs. He never followed up causing our projects to delay.

We recently had a new laundry and bathroom installed in our investment property which we had decided to put on the market. The old space was extremely dated, worn and completely not functional and the agent advised that we would need to invest some money if we wanted to capture the buyers.

We knew we needed something that would look a million bucks but without the hefty price tag.

Well, the team from Multiplex Kitchen and Bathroom Centre did not disappoint!

From the very first phone call Mustapha was professional, courteous and really accommodating to all our requests regarding budget and timing. He gave us piece of mind by sharing his vast experience and knowledge and went above and beyond to help us decide the best layout to maximise space whilst maintaining functionality. He also didn’t mind helping out with the more mundane tasks like choosing a stone bench top and the tapware. No question was too silly.

The entire process was smooth and easy. Communication was great. We were kept informed every step of the way.

Given we had a very tight time frame and a budget Mustapha worked hard to make sure that everything was executed to the minute and within our budget.

The workmanship and design of the laundry and bathroom cabinetry was impeccable and as a result we now have something that looks like it belongs in a magazine.

We would certainly recommend anyone looking create a beautiful and functional space to visit Multiplex Kitchen and Bathroom Centre and ask for Mustapha.

The initial meetings were very promising but the execution was very poor. Wasted several weeks back and forth designing just 2 kitchens while it was promised to be delivered in 5 days. We scheduled an appointment for 2 hours to let Mustapha know how we want them. The designs turned out to be completely different from how we want it, instead to use the approved plans we got, he drew another new 2 designs with colours, measurements all mixing up and far from the plan. Full payment made and all we got was a poor sheet of rendering with no elevations, no labels or measurements whatsoever.

He was cooperative in fixing them up but after all, the work delivered was still wrong. Very disappointing and a complete waste of time. Do not use them if you don't want to waste your time and efforts in repeating yourself over and over. They were not efficient in communication and did not seem to note down customers requests. Very frustrating frankly.

Would highly recommend the team from Multiplex Kitchen and Bathroom Centre for those looking to design and install a high quality kitchen. MKBC took the time to understand our families needs while designing our perfect kitchen and used their experience to optimise cooking and storage space. The team seamlessly installed our kitchen, which was no easy feat considering nothing in our house is square, and we were really impressed with the workmanship and quality of the final product.

Initially they had really good service, but the execution was really poor.they kept asking for money before they finished and left the place like a pigsty. They measured the cupboards incorrectly so that their own rangehood wouldn't fit and left a gap when the cupboards were to go to the wall. We realised they weren't licenced and we had to get professionals to finish it off. Be careful! They asked me to pay full upfront, and they never ever finished the work. Not only that, their plumber just left the water running and flooded the carpet! Their trades didn't care and there was no builder to oversee the works.

ADDED: The cost to replace carpet alone was - over $3,000. The cost to replace their work was in the thousands and would have to knock the kitchen and do again. Very poor workmanship and care. The tiling was higher than the window sill, lazily cut around the pipe. It looked like the trades weren't being supervised. $1,320 doesn't even come close, especially when they didn't finish the work.

It's such a nice experience to have multiplex kitchen to make and install customized cabinets for my new kitchen. They delivered high quality final products on schedule which had been detailed in the contract. Definitely will come back if I need another new kitchen.

I have used Multiplex on two different projects and both times they completed the job on time and within budget.

Multiplex Kitchen and Bathroom were very professional in their service they offered and the results of their workmanship are highly regarded. They showed pride in their work and ensured they delivered inline with our program. They offered their experience in our designs and together we were able to detail our joinery in a practical and satisfying way. We engaged Multiplex for custom built in wardrobes, bathroom joinery, laundry joinery and kitchen joinery and benches. I would definitely use them on our next project and recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I just finished doing our kitchen with Multiplex and we couldn’t be happier. They helped us design it, gave us good advice when we were planning on doing something that wouldn’t look good, were not bothered by the 1000 questions i asked them and they installed on time as planned - all for a price that I don’t think you can beat (especially for the quality). What I also liked is that they had all the stuff we needed for the bathrooms and laundry. So we were able to match the colours and style perfectly from the kitchen to the vanities etc. Highly highly recommend using these guys! My wife and I worked with Multiplex for renovations for our kitchen, 3 bathrooms and laundry and we were thrilled with the results! We asked for stone benchtops and splash back and the products were of great quality and the service was smooth and efficient. Pricing was reasonable as well. We were so happy with their initial work that we called on them again for our custom made poly entertainment unit and we weren't disappointed! Highly recommend these guys!
