Thank you to Josh and Tomoya for saving the day, and helping me set up a muji product despite the rush hour. Always appreciate the customer service, and the atmosphere at Muji thanks to caring employees that go the extra mile.: ^)

I don't know how you still keep Daniel in the store? Been shopping here for 3 yrs, this guy has the poorest customer service you can see in retail, he's making us uncomfortable, the way he interacts is very unfriendly, never smile.

Everything else is ok. Store is tidy. Household items are in high quality. Most of the staff there are ok but overall service and staff attitude are way below standard compare to MUJI Japan.

I absolutely love Muji! Their products are of exceptional quality, and I'm a big fan of their minimalist concept. From home goods to clothing, everything is beautifully designed and functional. Highly recommended! "

As an avid Muji fan since my childhood, it pains me to express my profound disappointment with the current state of the store's service and products. What was once a brand synonymous with simplicity, quality, and innovation has now devolved into a disheartening mess. My recent experiences have been nothing short of frustrating and infuriating, leading me to question whether the essence of Muji is lost forever.

Upon entering the store, the atmosphere no longer exudes the serene ambiance it once did. Instead, it feels like stepping into a chaotic garage sale with shelves in disarray and products haphazardly scattered. The lack of available products is shocking, making one wonder if they've discontinued their core offerings altogether. Even more disheartening is their virtually unusable website, which merely serves as an empty shell with no meaningful content.

The service provided by the staff is equally abysmal. Instead of embodying the brand's values, they seem more interested in engaging in casual banter amongst themselves, leaving customers waiting endlessly for assistance. It's as if they've forgotten that their job is to cater to the needs of shoppers and ensure a seamless and pleasant experience.

As someone who values hard work and dedication, witnessing this lackadaisical approach to their responsibilities is nothing short of disheartening. Muji was once a beacon of reliability, but now it has become a shadow of its former self, leaving me questioning their commitment to maintaining the standards that once made them great.

Muji's current state is an utter disappointment. I sincerely hope that they take these criticisms to heart and embark on a journey to restore the brand's integrity. Without significant improvements in their work effort, they risk alienating their loyal customer base, myself included.

MUJI has good quality clothes and homewares with functional, minimalistic designs. Ranging from cooking tools to bedding, their products have a light and fairly simple aesthetic, featuring nice materials and skilful construction. MUJI's extensive variety of useful stationery and notebooks is phenomenal, versatile and includes essential tools for students and workers who are often required to write on paper.

Convenient location. Muji clothing is very high quality, style depending on item but lovely cardigans they have this season

Japanese pens, stationary supplies, clothes, house items, and many more. I had been looking for a pair of cedar shoe stretchers. I know they have it.

Hey Muji, you might want to update your returns policy so that it includes bringing in your receipt AND the card on which the purchase was made. Then I wouldn't have to wait in line for half an hour for you to not give me a refund (it was purchased on my partner's card).

It was packed and super busy at the store during the Black Friday sales this year - but still got great service to help me out with buying the big bead sofas, even lending me a dolly so I can transport it to my car - shoutout and thanks for Miranda for so helpful and friendly!

Very happy with the Muji clock, a good 23cm across. Large display, easy to find in the City.

Clamp very easy to use.

A great range of wears and wares in a mostly-uniform style at seemingly-impossibly-low prices?

Simple, functional, quality products with Japanese aesthetic. Love their use of natural materials such as timber, bamboo and linen. Their products are moderately priced but well worth the money for the quality. This city store is generally well stocked and the staff are always helpful, even though they seem busy. One thing Muji has never done well is to cater for international sizing with their clothing generally available in the small and extra small and even their bed frames are slightly smaller than the Australian standard.

I loathe this store with a passion.
For all the "cute" and "lovely" and "isn't this pretty? ", this place could not organise itself to provide customer service if they were on fire!
6 staff at the registers and yet only one was operating.

I had a trip in Sydney and got some pillows and pillow cases at Muji Sydney store with the size 50x70cm. However, when back ro Brisbane and unpack it. All the pillow cases are 59x95cm with the tag 50x70cm. What a disappointment!

If it had electronics it would be ya one stop for all. So many cool items. Get in off peak or you face a 20mt counter line. Good quality items cheap. It's tkmax meets typo and some

MISLEADING! I was buying 2 pyjamas and it has a big $10 off sign - after 10 mins queue I have to tell the cashier about the discount as it seems she hasn’t applied it then I was told one of them isn’t discounted! I said there is a sign there! Then she said that only certain pyjamas style has discount! • This is so misleading as from customer untrained eyes we can’t easily differentiate between which one has discount as the whole pyjamas are stacked together! And I can’t be bothered to queue again to get the correct one! MUJI is a reputable brand but why you did this? It’s so inconvenient and misleading! So bad!
Be careful people! Ask your discounted price otherwise they won’t apply it!

Japan comes to Sydney. Man I wish I could move to your beautiful city but now it’s classified as a ghetto for rich people

Muji offers quality Japanese products with a minimalist concept, unbranded labels, with reasonable pricing. Whether it’s bedding, stationery, clothing, or cosmetic, you can put your trust in the Muji brand.

Muji is more expensive in comparison to another global Japanese brand like Uniqlo or Daiso. But again, the quality is better.
