Paid $35 for two coffees and toasted sandwich, took them to the table and went back to ask for 2cm hot water to heat a baby bottle up.
Wanted to charge me $2 for the small amount of hot water to feed my baby.
I was discusted.so he said ' okay $1'.

I was a regular.never again.

My mother and I are regular customers for the Erina Fair store, but today we went to the Bay Village store and was completely shocked at the manager Mak's behaviour and rudeness towards us.
We scanned our coffee card to receive points for the 5th free coffee and as it didnt scan properly on their end.they refused to fix this problem for us. We tried to resolve the issue ourselves by asking for a refund so we then could re-purchase the two coffee's again so we can scan the card and receive the points for the two coffee's.the manager refused to do it or resolve the issue even after seeing we were upset. What's the point of having a points system if the store and staff don't do the ethical and respectful thing to try resolve issues that was not working on their end. The lady straight behide us who ordered a coffee.the system worked for her but we weren't allowed to re try our card to claim our two points for our coffee's that we purchased.
Although the coffee was nice - we will NEVER return to Muffin Break (even at erina store) due to the experience we received today. We have been loyal customers for many years and always liked getting our coffee's there because of the points system and the quality of coffee has always been great but after the rude, disrespectful and money hungry behaviour from the manager Mak, we do NOT recommend this store purely from the rude and unfair behaviour from the manager and will be letting our family and friends know.

Whilst staff were pleasant and friendly, when they got my order wrong refused to make me another cup unless I paid for it. Kept pointing to my receipt, saying what the order said - despite me NEVER ordering that. Such a shame, because we used to go there all the time and referred to our friends, but we will not be going there again. Such a small fix, but not a good example in customer service. Give me Soul Origin anyday.

Always greeted with courteous manners and prompt service. Very friendly staff and have become friends with a lot of them. Always a pleasure going there.

Lovely guy. Friendly & polite. Always has a smile on his face. I ordered a flat white, wrap & muffin. The coffee tasted great and most importantly it was extra hot which is what I asked for.

Have a coffee here very morning, staff are very helpful and always know how to make a great coffee, one of the best on the coast.

Popped in for a quick coffee today, thought the customer service was great. Lovely guy friendly, polite and couldn't do enough for us. Well done, made me feel we picked the right place. Thank you Ronnie!

I have ordered the cappuccino and this was amazing! The best place to have a coffe! Very rapid service! Honest and helpful staff!

Slice with Mars Bar and Cinnamon Roll. No price tags next to displayed items. I was surprised by the total bill of 2 items. I expressed immediately to the staff "it's very expensive" he suggested this is how it is in Sydney chain as well.
After all it's not value for money I don't go to muffin break as a usual customer.
Only one suggestion please put price tag to all trays which customer is looking at or it's simply cheating. It's not that people can't afford, it's not worth it.

This place is incredible for two reasons: the coffee is brilliant and the staff are AMAZING! KEEP it up guys.

DO NOT buy coffee from here!
The manage and their workers charged extra for using a voucher from the Entertainment book because they had never heard of it!
In the end, they all made such a big deal as we tried to explain the deal to them, we were sooo embarrassed!
Coffee ended up being terrible anyways!
Mak being the manager, tried to tell me we could not use the entertainment book voucher at his store! Absolutly Ridiculous!

Better than average coffee and served with a smile. Centrally located in shopping centre, convenient but a bit noisy around lunchtime: part of a busy food court. Nicely renovated recently. I particularly appreciate their gluten free muffins, as it's always a bit tricky for a coeliac like me to find uncontaminated gf food when out and about.

I tried to use my entertainment voucher too and the manager didn't even know what is was and tried to tell me they will not accept the vouchers anymore. The entertainment book is valid Australia wide mate! You cannot make your own rules!
