Muffin Break

Enjoyed a tasty quiche & salad lunch & latte for our anniversary, the generous barrister gave us a free muffin to celebrate! Thank you

I wanted and English breakfast te in a cup but was told as they were closing at 5pm [now 4.30] I could only have it in a takeaway cup. Sorry I only like my tea in a cup.so no order which would have included a toasted chicken wrap and a cake. One would think 30 minutes be sufficient to clean up.

Worse coffee I've had. Watery and no flavour. I would have taken it back but was in a hurry to see a movie.

Excellent customer service got my self a coffee and the staff saw my daughter waiting patiently with me and they gave her a couple of muffins for free, very unexpected but very much welcomed she loved them, and the coffee was pretty good, will definately go back.

Muffin break. Would rather break my leg than have coffee from this place or eat dry the dry muffins on offer.

Always drop by there to get a coffee and muffin/or toastie before going into see a movie lovely food, great service, friendly and quick

I'm happy to see a new manager here, and he smiles! Coffee tastes better already. The gluten free choc chip muffin was so good (gf is essential if you're a coeliac) that I felt compelled to check it was in fact gf, and not a regular one. Smiles all round.

I would like to have given no stars to this franchise as it really needs to start looking after their customers. Instead of explaining things properly about free coffees/birthday gifts by muffin break to me she made me feel like I was stealing coffees/muffins so I walked away leaving the coffee that I had purchased for $3.60 and the free coffees/muffin at the register instead of enjoying my coffees etc so enjoy my money I will not be back.

Not impressed at all what a wast of my time and money don't these fast food places realize we the Customers are ther lively hoodand should show some respect and not feed us yesterdays food at the same price it was total disgusting

The manager never looks happy and has a poor attitude towards customers, there are always new/different workers and heard the manager physically abuses their staff. Fair trade should have been involved a long time ago and done sometbing about the poor management.

Nice coffee, young man on coffee machine pleasant, good selection of gluten free muffins for coeliacs -, 4 to choose from - but manager never smiles.

Ordered food and coffee and food was ready but no coffee. We ate in but they didn't bring food to table had to get it ourselves.
Wont be going back

I've worked here ther are cockroaches every where keeps muffins in cabinet over night food tastes discusting and the boss bullies all her workers

Muffin Break in Tuggerah has gone down, I ordered a ham, tomato and cheese flat bread toasted. The sandwich was cold when I first got it. So I told them it was cold and not toasted, they took it away and toasted, when I got it back it was warm but hardly toasted. I also ordered 2 hot drinks, coffee and chia latte, both were luke warm and we did not enjoy them at all. Very disappointed.

I like their coffee and muffins. Staff are usually friendly and serve customers well. I think they need to manage their ordering and queue management process a little better.
